Spent 2 night there in the capsules
Everything is nice and clean and you get all the amenities you need
The hot baths spa are a great plus
Its nice to relax there after a long day of sightseeing

It’s an amazing capsule hotel to stay in. Love the cleanliness and comfy bed. Although it is near yokohama station, the exit nearby doesn’t have lift so you have to carry the luggage down(not too long). If there is any event here in yokohama again, i will still choose this (with smaller luggage bag)

A big public bath can use only men.But there are many clean shower rooms for women.
You can use your own rocker with key and they give you a bath towel, a face towel, a bath mat, a in-house wear with a bag, and when you check out you have to return that.
There is no convenience store near there but there are bending machines and you can get alcohol drinks.
You can not get any food there, unfortunately.

The sauna is great to relax after a long day. Everything is clean despite the many people going in and out. I had a good stay, and the location is convenient

For a solo traveller on a short trip, this was a great way to save money and still get a really good quality stay. If you’ve never stayed in a capsule hotel before, you probably need a while to work out your own ‘system’ as things aren’t all within your reach (there is a storage room for your luggage and a small locker for personal items/valuables, and they are located in different rooms so you have to make sure you have everything with you to save time going from place to place). However, once you figure this out, your stay would be great. It’s the ultimate convenience at a low cost - the hotel is a five-minute walk away from the station and there’re a few convenience stores nearby. It is extremely clean as one would expect of a Japanese capsule hotel. Loungewear is provided, together with towels, and toiletries as well. Absolutely wonderful.

The bed was not too cramped, and almost the entire room was clean. However, there was a significant drawback: there was no separate lounge with a table to work on my laptop. Since I needed to attend meetings on Zoom, I had to incur additional costs by renting an internet room at a cafe.

I’m a foreign student in Japan whose Japanese skill isn’t good at all so I tried to talk to the staff in English but they still talked to me in Japanese in return, luckily, they talked and explained things slowly and clearly.
The facilities are nice and clean. The capsules were wider than I thought it would so I could sleep in it comfortably. The free-size pajama that was provided in an amenity bag was so comfortable even though I didn’t think it would fit.
The included breakfast was served in a cafe next to the hotel. They will give you a coupon as you check-in, so you just give it to the cashier and you can choose one set out of three.
