HOTEL LiVEMAX Yokohama Kannai Ekimae recensioner

The room had very bad smell and the desk was old and dirty. The cleaning staff was talking on the phone very loud using the speaker for nearly one hour with her friend, it was very annoying. Lastly, I wanted leave my luggage for one hour during my early lunch after check out, but the front staff refused it. This is my first time that a hotel refused to keep a luggage. I won’t use this hotel next time, I will also leave a bad review on other sites to warn people not to have a bad experience there.

I’m not expected about this hotel for this price, but actually it’s beyond my expectations. Very good place, near JR station and convenience store.

Location is 5 minutes walking distance from JR line. Pretty convenient for those making a short trip to Yokohama area. It is also near shopping district Isezaki.

very good location and very good price! Less than one hour to Tokyo by train. And a lot of restaurants around the hotel.

It was near to the station and comfortable.

The location is great being very close to Kannai station, the room was clean if small, the price was reasonable and the Wi-Fi was OK. I had two issues during my stay: 1. During my check in, the staff kept asking me if I wanted to leave my luggage. I had no idea where this was coming from and I said I’ll take my luggage to my room. They asked me about two more times if they could keep my luggage. After this, I said no I had no luggage even though I literally had it next to me. Then they said “Ah OK, we apologize for our misunderstanding” and then gave us our key. What was this all about? 2. They don’t allow you leave your luggage after you check out. In all my life, this was the only place that had this policy.

Nice clean hotel, but the staff were a let down. Unwilling to go the extra mile to help out customers.

無比糟心的遭遇，酒店衞生惡劣到離譜，九點多入住，晚上一點多兒子全身長包，不停抓癢，衹能半夜兩點多叫救護車，急診看了RMB2200多。酒店拒絕承擔任何責任。大家看看他們的床上用品，這樣的衞生條件，哪怕是在中國十八線小縣城的鄉鎮上的旅館也不會出現。酒店説要我出具醫生的報告，説明是他們酒店衞生造成，全世界哪個醫生會出具這種報告？出了問題不負責，刷新了我對日本服務業的認知。 真的請大家避坑這家酒店，完全不負任何責任。我們原本是二間三晚，首晚房費1600多，我知道這價格在日本住不上好酒店，但至少應該給我一個乾淨的酒店，這個要求不過分吧？ 最後攜程出於對小朋友的關心，補償了650元給我，雖然我不滿意這樣的結果，但還是對攜程的努力表示感謝。

很舒適，房間內設施齊全，房間隔音好，很安靜。最棒的是，所處地理位置離關內車站很近，到哪裡都方便。樓下有很多本地特色小店，不是網紅打卡店，味道也很不錯！！！

只好說是經濟實惠，好近車站，就是睡個覺，洗個澡 不要太複雜，房間就是好小，但是廷乾淨的。附近買東西也好方便。

離關內地鐵站近，離橫濱站2站地鐵 很安靜，房間有點小，其他沒毛病

Livemax在低峯期住真沒啥好挑的。熟悉這個品牌的人應該都懂。這間也是密碼鎖，出入都要上鎖。離關內站就兩條街。走走路去元町港未來其實也都十幾分鍾。
