The overall stay is satisfying. Room is spacious and clean. Staff are professional and welcoming. Downstairs is the Anpanman Museum for children which is very adorable. The only down side is It takes about 15 mins walk to the Yokohama Station and main shopping areas

Extremely clean and modern hotel, but a little distant from shops/restaurants. I would recommend if you're okay with walking ~20 mins to/from local activities.

This hotel deserves a thumbs up for cleanliness. Location is great as well. Easy access to bus & trains. Highly recommend.

Top class hotel. Beautiful and warm room that’s cosy. Lots of nice small touches such as bath salts and coffee pod machine. Highly recommended

Clean and spacious rooms, front desk service is courteous and helpful. Do note that overnight parking is available but at an additional charge even for hotel guests.

I stayed in this hotel with my wife during one night. Though the location was not so good due to the distance that was a little too far to walk to the closest subway's station, the facility was so clean and the service was excellent, so I strongly recommended to you if your priority is "staying in excellent hotel to mitigate your stress and another reasons, but if not, you had better choose different hotel in the case of enjoying sightseeing or business.

Big room and clean. Love the Crabtree products - lotion and shampoo . Very convenient and staff are friendly Breakfast tastes so so . But bearable

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Yokohama. Staff is very nice and helpful. It was a pity that the hotel did not give us an upgrade as we booked Premium room for 4 nights and deluxe room for 1 night. Can recommend this hotel.

Everything was high quality especially the room cleanliness and amenities. It was outstanding! The only negative was that there was no free wifi service in the room, even though we pay a lot of money. Also some of the staff members at the reception had no smiles or warm welcoming atmosphere when we checked in. Everyone seemed so busy looking down at the PC that they weren’t vigilant at welcoming guests passing through the reception area. A warm, hearty smile would make a big difference at a hotel like the Hilton.
