It was an amazing accommodation experience at this resort, this was our first time at a ski-in-ski-out hotel, which was really convenient. The hotel also provided us with great services, especially a staff called Lion who carefully helped us transport our luggage, as well as recommending us with brilliant restaurants surrounding the resort. The breakfast was really delicious too!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Location is perfect and we will definitely come back again. We would strongly recommend this hotel

The resort’s facilities were top-notch and impeccably clean, which we appreciated even more knowing it’s a new establishment. One of the highlights was the hot spring, a perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. The staff at the resort were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, adding a warm and welcoming touch to our stay. The breakfast offered was delicious, with a variety of options to satisfy everyone’s taste. Our experience was further enhanced when the hotel graciously upgraded us to a suite with a breathtaking mountain view and a Jacuzzi. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more memorable. The convenience of having everything in one place cannot be overstated. The ski mountain located directly behind the hotel meant we could easily access the slopes, making the most of our skiing experience without any hassle. Overall, our stay at this ski resort was remarkable. The combination of excellent facilities, superb service, and the convenience of location makes this hotel a standout option for anyone looking to enjoy a skiing holiday. We would definitely consider returning to this resort in the future.”

此次體驗中，前台Rain的服務給我留下了極為深刻的印象，堪稱服務標桿。 Rain的專業素養令人稱讚，辦理手續時效率極高，全程有條不紊，快速完成了所有流程，大大節省了我的時間。面對我提出的關於周邊交通、餐飲的諸多問題，她都能快速、準確地解答，還主動分享了實用的出行建議，展現出對業務的熟練掌握。 更難得的是她的服務温度，自進門起就始終保持微笑，用親切的問候驅散了我旅途的疲憊，還主動遞上温水，細節處盡顯貼心。她善於觀察需求，得知我帶着孩子，主動提供了小童小禮品，這份預判和主動服務讓我倍感温暖。 Rain用熱情、專業與細緻，完美詮釋了優質服務的內涵，也為整體體驗加分不少，特此提出表揚！

設施：酒店設計是日式，乾淨衞生温馨。 衞生：打掃阿姨很細心，挺不錯，房間也很乾凈沒有異味，超出預期👍 環境：離雪場特別近，走路一分鐘，滑雪很方便，空氣乾淨，周圍吃的喝的玩的都有，滑雪後泡泡温泉很不錯。 服務：Rain小夥很不錯，從預訂詢問到入住，再到找教練，預訂按摩師傅，預訂回程車輛，服務特別周到，貼心，狠贊👍 預訂酒店還有早餐，滑雪裝備，雪票，每日温泉，真的特別棒，來北大湖滑雪周圍沒有競爭對手，這家絕對槓槓的，以上都是真實評價！

免費升級家庭房，住得很舒適，房型床墊都很舒服，而且二樓平台直接到達滑雪大廳，很便捷，早餐乾淨衞生。若下次再來肯定還會再住這裏，每個工作人員都很熱情，有幫忙搬運行李，還送了小朋友小禮品

國慶期間來的，人不多，但真的很好，酒店環境和服務很棒，房間安靜衞生，酒店餐廳好吃又便宜，這個季節温泉沒開，但房間浴缸很大。繩網樂園是孩子的最愛，服務人員很貼心，早餐孩子玩累了沒起來吃，還特意拿了餐盒讓給打包了一份。

酒店設施很新，標準挺高，尤其是這個家庭房，特別實用，實木的上下鋪，非常適合親子出行。滑雪主題酒店，在非滑雪季有點冷清，但是人少景美，倒是別有一番風味。贈送的遊樂項目套餐也很有趣，尤其是山地小滑車，非常歡樂。美中不足的這個季節的“花大姐”（瓢蟲）太多了，哈哈哈

衞生條件很好，房間用品很好，有雀巢膠囊咖啡，但沒有奶精和糖，親子房卻沒有小童牙刷洗護用品，吹風機是戴森的很滿意。有可能因為是淡季，早餐供應的種類比較少，不是五星級酒店的水準，除了早餐也沒有其他餐廳營業，北大湖這邊夏季真不建議入住，配套設施不完善，跟不上。

雪場的冷冽被酒店服務人員的熱情徹底驅散，我的服務管家瑤瑤更是各種小細節服務感拉滿 。下次來滑雪一定還選這家，不為別的，就為這份讓人安心又温暖的服務！

酒店設施衞生環境服務都是北大湖滑雪場的天花板，開板之旅很幸運遇到貼心的管家“檬檬”，非常開心的一次旅程。
