Highly recommend. Just 1 minute walk from hotel main door to gate 芙蓉镇 The hotel is so clean and new.

I had very good experience to stay in this hotel. 2 days before arrival to Furong town, our butler was called us for confirmation of high-speed rail station pick-up service with complimentary using 7 seaters Mercedes. The hotel come with amazing contemporary design and feel very warm. We are 2 adults and 2 kids were comfortable stay in the one double bed room. Since our room come with 2 breakfasts, the hotel also adds another 2 more breakfast vouchers for my children's (15 & 13 years old) without any charges. For the breakfast meal, we can rate it above average since they provided variety and quality food. Last, they also given us with small souvenir gift when we check out and fetch us to the station. About the location, it just 2 minutes walk to the ticket entrance and full of restaurants, grocery shop, farmasi, cafe along the walking journey. Overall, we are quite statified for our stay. Will stay again if visit Furong town.

Excellent service, friendly staff, and the hotel and rooms are also super clean. Highly recommended if you want to stay near Furong ancient town.

Very nice hotel and located in a great location. The staff provide service with a service mind. Especially, thanks to the staff who provide pick-up and drop-off services us between the hotel and the high-speed train station. It's a prime-level service. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who visits Furong ancient town.

Excellent hotel to stay

Nice hotel to stay… 100m from the fu rong village…

The hotel name is Aniad, not Annai. It looks nice with outstanding design and very elegant large rooms. They offer a free pick up service from the railway station, which is nice. Breakfast is good with many choices but breakfast times are a bit tight as the breakfast ends at 9:30. Unfortunately the service is bad. We ordered a room with mountain view and received a room to the inside yard. After complaining they offered a mountain view room, but we would have to change after a day and the second option was a room with a view to some backyard parking lot. We kept the first room as none of these choices was good. Do not advertise what you cannot fulfil! The room service made the beds very fast and did not even flatten the sheets. No cleaning was done and they just put some new towels and water there but did not collect the old ones. The sink did not look like being cleaned either. Although being a non-smoking room, there was a strong smoke smell coming from the bathroom ventilation and from the hallways. I cannot accept this specially. Also this non- smoking room was equipped with an ashtray. I know smoking is a problem in chinese hotels but it is the hotels task to handle this. There were a lot of small flies in the shower and it seems cleaning was not done properly there or a long time ago. As this is a quite expensive hotel on a high level all these service issues are therefore really unacceptable and add up to a bad value for the money. This is why I cannot recommend this hotel.

I’ve been all around the word. This hotel is unique: not only best premises and perfect location. Personnel is very kind, supportive and willing to assist.

Everything was great. The lady in the lobby was friendly, explained everything to me with a translater and organised a free shuttle to the trainstation. Breakfast was very delicious. The room was beautiful, spot less clean and had a nice few. Very good experience.

Amazing complementary pickup & dropoff service from the hotel! Great location, hotel was walking distance to Furong waterfall entrance. We were able to use the laundry facilities and the hotel was beautiful. We tried the hotel restaurant, the food was delicious & the service was excellent. The hotel staff are also helpful when you have a request. Overall we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you!

If you are visiting Furong Town, this is the best hotel to stay in. First up, the hotel provides free pickup service from the railway station. Communication with the hotel staff via WeChat is seamless. The hotel is within a 3mins walk to the attraction entrance. The room itself is spacious and clean as shown in the picture. Only issue we faced was the weird design of the toilet and shower cubicle. The shower cubicle is too small and has no space to hang towel or clothes without wetting them. Overall still the best place to stay in my opinion within Furong.

Very nice and cosy environment. The stay was indeed a wonderful experience, with the friendly hotel staff and their great services they provided such as the train station transfer service. Not forgetting a little souvenir when you check out the hotel. Will definitely come back to this hotel again. Thank you.
