Yunshui Ballad Homestay (Grand Waterfall Store) recensioner

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and had a lot of characters. The owner was very nice and helpful. It was located inside the scenic area so was very close to the main attractions. The only negative was the neighbourhood was quite noisy until late night as there were plenty of bars nearby.

The service was very good. They are very responsive and extremely helpful. Nice and spacious rooms. But the only downside is, there wasnt really a view even though i booked it for a view. The view from the balcony is under construction and noises can be heard v clearly.

this is so far the best budget hotel we have stay during this trip. the room is exactly as the photos and the bed was super soft and comfy. we contacted the owner and she had a car pick us at the train station. she also helped with getting the tickets and arrange car for the next day. the photos are from my room, thou would love to go a bit further into the town for a better view but its a 5* for the bed and the spacious room.

A wonderful stay! Such a fantastic room with a balcony overlooking the bridge and river. Perfectly as described. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodated our every need!

Free pickup from railway station, great location by a bridge with great views especially at night

We are staying here in one night. The room is clean and the location is not so far from the entrance. It’s convenient. The room that we got is located under the bridge near the river you can hear the water running when you open the back door but when you close the sound is gone. The balcony is nice with a good weather and a good atmosphere. The service also good the hotel is try to contact us in advance to arrange to pick us up at the train station with a free of charged. Also organize to call a taxi for us when we leave. We are so much enjoy staying here!

Perfect location, with a view right on the bridge. Comfortable beds and a very spacious room. The floor could be a cleaned a little bit better if you looked closely but overall it was good.

Very nice hotel with a great view. They came to pick us up at the station and even carried our luggage upstairs to our room. We feit as if back in time. I really recommend this hotel

The guesthouse is ideally located, right next to Hong Qiao and across from 摆手堂. While the accommodations are quite basic, the hotel staff were kind enough to pick us up from the train station. However, we had to arrange our own transportation back to the station.

We went to the hotel with high expectations. The hotel was clean and is in the center of Senic area. But some amenities were empty. We didn’t even got time to request for anything as we got a few time to explore the place and had to rush to the railway station in the morning. However we were so thrilled to see the message from the homestay, apologizing for not providing the best end services. I guess it’s not the services we were expecting from the hotel, it’s all about how they acknowledges and accepting their current conditions. Dear Yunshui Team, We appreciate you and we know that this is your new year and we totally understand everything. Thank you for getting back to us we were so happy with the aftersale service provided. This hotel is highly recommended.

Stayed here for one night. The hotel is super nice, perfectly located, near the entrance of the village. It exceeded my expectations!

There was a cockroach and a beetle, cause it’s right beside the water might have more insects. Overall the hotel was at a great location, room was amazing, customer service was great
