I really enjoyed staying here. Affordable price, great location and friendly, helpful service. The staff picked me up from the train station - he was waiting for me and communicates via wechat, he will help you buy your entry ticket to the scenic area on the way to the inn, he carried my 25kg suitcase up some stairs and wheeled it to my room. Room is as pictured / advertised but bonus that it has a western toilet too - very happy. The view is wonderful, feels like youre in the country village but less than 15min walk to the waterfall scenic area.
I arrived at 12.30pm and explore Furong for about 4hrs including lunch and watched x3 10min performances then went back to the inn for shower and rest. Went out again around 7pm for quick dinner and x2 night shows. The 9pm show in the theatre is really good. Make sure you carry your paper ticket at all times as theres many checkpoints - staff scan qr code on ticket. You can enter/exit as many times as you like within 3 days.
Do stay at a local homestay type place to support the residents here. Its a great experience and a nice change from hotels. Honest! Its also a great way to immerse yourself with the people when travelling through China.

THE BEST STAY INSIDE FURONG TOWN! i truly recommended this hotel, everything is pleasing & perfect! Choose the room with balcony! You will have a wonderful sunset view & wake up with a calm & comfy morning view 😀
The boss is really great & helpful! Thank you Laopan! 😀 You just need to be ready to respond to his message, i suggested you to add him in We Chat compared to texting in the trip app. Same number as the phone hotel info. He will pick you up from Furongzhen station & about 20 minutes car drive to his hotel. He’s truly good at his service, he carried all our 28 inch big luggage from car towards the doorstep! That’s the most amazing!😄
The room is same like in the photos & toilet for me is acceptable, clean & have hot & cold water! 🙂 We stayed here during end of October & the weather is slightly cold. It’s so good & comfy to sleep, you don’t even need to turn on the aircond 😆
Other good point is there’s water dispenser! Easy life happy life! The walk to Furong Ancient Town is about 10-15 minutes which i think is quite good as the view along the walk is very aesthetically aesthetic! I suggested you try the massage inside there! Foot + add on shoulder massages! It’s really therapeutic & chase away all your fatigue & pain! 😀

Everything was great. The room was beautiful, with a lovely view of the river. The staff were very kind and helpful — they assisted us with everything and even picked us up and took us to the train station for free

The stay was great, we loved the room, it had the best view of the lake! The owner was very nice, came to pick us up at the station and the room was really cheap. Highly recommend ☺️

We have a great time in the hotel, really nice place and clean. The bed was super! The room has the best view to the river, our host was awesome, he pick us up at the train station and leave us there when we left .

We enjoyed our stay here, the host arranged a personal pick up and drop off for us in advance.
Very personal service and friendly.
