Baihe Wharf Inn

I arrived with my family and we choose 2 room connected (1 room with double bed and 1 room with single beds). The hotel was really nice and comfortable. The rooms was very nice decorated, comfortable, clean and with incredible view of the ancient town, the river and the bridge. The host was really nice, she came and took us at the starting of the ancient town to carrie the luggage for us. She offer us a very nice breakfast (bread, milk, tea, coffee, rice, eggs and noodles). She was really nice throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time in this hotel

Hands down my favourite stay out of my 10 months of travel! Cutest little hotel managed by a family in Furong Zhen. Think all-inclusive home stay with that traditional feel, but with all the modern luxuries. The balcony rooms all have great views of the river at night, during the day, and even when it’s pouring rain. The staff are all incredibly kind and attentive, even helping to pick me up from the train station, carrying my suitcases, and helping me plan my trip! The breakfast is made whenever you wake up in the morning, and they even offer local teas to pair with it. I could probably spend a long time talking about this place, but here are my highlights as a solo female traveller: - Trustworthy advice! - Clean bedrooms (free from mosquitos!) - For the backpackers: THEY HAVE LAUNDRY AND DRYER MACHINES INCLUDED! Also no need to pay extra for detergent!!! - Checkout is at 12:00 PM so you can actually rest and relax here. - Bathroom has a partitioned shower! - Affiliated with the hanfu photography and rental store next door (offers beautiful photoshoots, see attached pictures) so you can get a bit of a discount too:) - BONUS: Gave me cute snacks and gifts during my stay 🥹 If you’re visiting Zhangjiajie or Fenghuang Ancient Town (Fenghuang Gucheng), definitely make an overnight stay here part of your itinerary!

Excellent hotel by the river. Before you arrive they will want to ensure you arrive at the hotel without difficulties. They provide a complimentary ride to hotel from railway station , a staff will greet you at the entrance to ancient town where the hotel is located when you arrive.. Carried your luggage, assist you all the way to your room. You can expect meticulous attention from the lady boss. The room is very comfortable. The view of the river and the soothing waterfall is very therapeutic. I can live here permanently. Check out is seamless and a small gift await your departure. What else can you ask for?
