Pros: great location in Yopal, friendly and helpful staff. Cons: small rooms, tiny pool, poor quality breakfast, poor wifi. There is no restaurant or a bar in the hotel. They say that breakfast is served from 6:00 AM. One time we had to leave hotel at 6:30. We attempted to have breakfast at 6:00. Only coffee and bread were available. Later I was told that breakfast is really served from 6:30. I don’t understand why this was not communicated at the check in time.

El servicio del personal de recepción es muy bueno, siempre atienden con amabilidad y una sonrisa, hacen que sea muy ameno el Hotel. El desayuno completo y variado y la ubicación es lo mejor, cerca a centro comercial y en una zona muy segura de la ciudad.

El servicio del personal muy bueno, la calidad humana, buenas condiciones, excelente ubicación, vista panorámica a la ciudad y habitaciones muy comodas lo convierten en la mejor opción para hospedaje en la ciudad.
