This home has everything you need for a week at the beach. Free standing small ( think tiny house) condo cottage, one of seven known as Moody Sands Villas. This cottage is 3 back from the beach. The loft area is tucked up under the roof, ceiling is low. You reach the loft via a library ladder. Best suited for older child or small adult, I love to go up there to read. Open the skylight and see hear and smell the ocean. Lay under the stars at night. There is a small soaking tub and hand held shower. Larger out door showers are also available. This home has only one parking spot, and early check in is not allowed without prior approval. Our cottage has a new interior with full kitchen, corian counters in the color 'beach glass', sliding glass door overlooking the sand and surf. Enjoy a little luxury at the beach. Murphy wall bed with premium mattress, 600 thread count sheets, cozy blankets and cotton spreads. Lay in bed at night and listen to the waves crashing right outside the door. This is the closest thing to having a bed on the beach! Full bath with rainfall shower head and luxurious towels. All linens included, even beach towels. Moody beach is a private beach for homeowners only. It has beautiful powder like sand and is shallow, just wonderful for children. Two outdoor showers are part of the association. We are located close to Ogunquit beach and the Marginal way. 2 Beach chairs and boogie boards provided.
