Great location on the edge of the city, all the attractions within walking distance. Car park across the road with special daily rates for hotel guests. The hotel is new, the fittings aren’t top quality but the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, settee, tv, dining area. The bathroom was modern with large shower and the bedroom was spacious, dark and quiet with wardrobes, iron and hairdryer. The hotel had breakfasts and drinks and snacks available all day.

Location not too far not too close to the city centre. Quite a nice place for 4 pax. Need to DIY the sofa bed. The good one - nice kitchen assets & washing machine

The management is not satisfied, even though we showed them the receipt of hotel payment that we paid Trip.com on line, they still told us we needed to pay an outstanding of a full day amount out of our 2 days staying. We also paid fee for 2 hours late check, breakfast buffet and parking charges separately, the buffet is absolutely out of our imagination. But general speaking, the hotel is new and clean, the location is very convenient.

Good location and nice hotel. what a good day it’s a really super cool apartment which was great for family to stay and enjoy the holiday. LoL long time travel suitable and it’s worth to try and visit the city of york. There’s a supermarket which is enough for cooking dinner in the apartment kitchen. Quite good so far. That’s why I choose this hotel.

Couldn't fault it. Big comfy bed. Bed settee not thst comfy fir sitting on. Nice bathroom. Very handy having a kitchen and a Co op just outside. Just wish the hotel had a better deal on the car parking....

Nice apart hotel in York, bit of a walk (20min) to the centre of town, station , probably taxi, s needed. Not the best outkook from our room, overlooking a disused car park. Good for the price we payed

In York to attend a concert at the Barbican centre. The Stay city apartments are well situated for both the concert hall land the city centre The apartments are clean, comfortable and the staff friendly and efficient.

Great apartments, very clean and quiet. Friendly staff. 5 minutes walk into town.

Nice stay, only gripe is that you have to make up the sofa beds yourself
