The most amazing is the private onsen. Dinner is ok while the sashimi is just normal. Beef stew s good though

Very satisfied with the stay. The hotel is new and clean. View is breathtaking from the lobby. Free coffee and tea. The private onsen in the room is awesome.

The view is just amazing. Services were top class and the room was a big big plus.

It was a wonderful stay, excellent and helpful staff, very clean and spacious room, nice onsen, great food, excellent view, good shuttle service, indeed everything was just perfect!

My room was amazing,the view and open air bath. It would be nice to show the room type alphabet on the system so i know which room i booked. Dinner and breakfast was very tasty. staff service was very good.

這家酒店非常好，很新，放假巨大，有露台，露天私湯，還有泡腳池，早餐晚餐也很豐富～到火車站有專門小車接駁，半小時左右一趟。除了價格比較貴之外，強烈推薦。

房間很大，有按摩椅，地板有熱墊功能，有私人溫泉，戶外山湖境很美麗。 客人可向酒店預約接送車，非常便利。一泊兩食有職員友善及仔細解釋食材。 絕大部分職員都很有禮貌，可是有一位能說普通話的中年男職員（Check in counter人員）不helpful。我看見酒店有不同款式的小童浴袍供購買，由於不是每件都有標示價錢，當我詢問該男職員價錢，他敷衍地說衣服有寫價錢。

旅館遠離由布院小鎮，在半山腰上，環境清幽，景觀優勢顯著，遠眺由布岳風景絕美 酒店房間由兩棟棟主樓和獨立別墅組成，在半山腰上錯落有致，我們定的是獨棟的別墅。 獨棟洋風和式的房間，空間超大，差不多有60平，房間配置私湯和大陽台，還有四分離的洗漱空間，洗漱用品護膚品一應俱全，還配有按摩儀和蒸汽機，可以護膚，床品也很舒服。 房間的私湯在陽台上，有遮蔽，私密性很好，窗户打開還可以看到由布岳，也非常舒服。 酒店提供一宿兩泊，兩頓懷石料理，料理非常的精緻，很有儀式感，口味看個人，男朋友不喜歡，我覺得還行。 酒店的公共浴場在主樓，不是很大，兩個大池子兩個小池子，女湯的環境應該比男湯的好點，室內那個池子挨着主樓花園，一大片樹林，鬱鬱葱葱，看着就很治癒。室外的大池子都是對着由布岳。 缺點： 1.房間隔音差，院子裏的機器聲音夜裡很明顯 2.離由布院小鎮太遠了，基本上衹能在酒店待着。 總的來説，很適合喜歡安靜度假的人,酒店性價比很高，環境很美，服務細緻，配置完善。
