Beautiful and lovely onsen hotel with very helpful staff. This time there are two private onsen baths in our room, one indoor and one outdoor. It is quite inside the facility and relaxing. The quality of food was excellent too. The entrance to the hotel is not easy to find, as the street can be full of people and the entrance sign isn't such visible. You may want to seek help by contacting the hotel if you have trouble finding the entrance especially when you are driving there for the first time.

We had a great 2 nights stay at this Ryokan. Location was near Yufuin Floral Village, and around 20 mins walk from Yufuin JR station. It was a nice walk to Yufuin JR station as there were many shops and eateries that you can visit along the way. Alternatively, there is also bus 36 from Yufuin but terminal that would stop near to the ryokan. The staff were really outstanding, friendly and helpful. When we arrived, a couple of them rushed to help us with our luggage and to also shelter us from the rain. During the entire stay, they made us feel very welcomed. The Western/Japanese room that we booked was very spacious and had all the amenities we required. Note that this is a 2 storey living area - level 1 had a bathroom with private indoor and outdoor onsen as well as the living room, while level 2 had a toilet (w/o bath) and 1 western bedroom as well as 1 Japanese bedroom. There are 4 public onsen in the ryokan. 2 for female and 2 for male. They would rotate it during the day and night to allow everyone to try out the different onsen. We also had our breakfast and dinner at the ryokan as part of the package. The dishes were different on both days. The spread was huge and food tasted great. Note that there are very few places open at Yufuin during dinner time.

我們租住了複式單位有私人風呂，早餐晚餐，食品豐富，當地接待職員有禮，令人有賓至如歸的感覺。侍侯早餐和晚餐的兩位女職員，親切有禮。 這裏原來是有三個館，公共風呂可以三個館共用。 酒店需要改善的地方就是泊車指示不太清晰，我們找了一段時間先至知道原來所泊的位置是另一間旅館名的停車場。另外晚餐我們坐的位置比較陰暗，可能剛巧燈光不是直接放射於我們坐的枱子，希望酒店會留意一下。

위치너무좋고 직원들 친절합니다. 청결하고 음식도 좋아요.

房間很大，上下樓，樓梯有點窄，懷石料理還可以，房間有2個私湯，很舒服，環境很好。出門就是由布院小鎮，就是晚上關門早，沒啥逛。

직원들이 엄청나게친절해요. 한국어를 잘모르지만 최대한 한국어로 안내해주려는 노력을 해주셔서 감동받았습니다. 대욕탄은 크게3개인데 두개는 탕에 살짝작은 노천탕 이있고 한개는 엄청큰 노천탕이있어요 저는 개인탕딸린 방을 이용했는데 매우좋았습니다. 석식이랑 조식도 굉장이 퀄리티가 뛰어나고 저희어머니도 정말맛있게 잘드셧어요. 양도 많아서 성인남성도 덩치가 엄청나게크신분아닌이상은 배부를거같습니다.

온천탕도 좋고 노천도 좋고 킨린호수랑 가까워서 좋아요, 예약하시면 뒷문에서 직진하셔서 왼쪽으로 가시면 정문 입구 가있습니다

鄰近金麟湖，整間飯店氛圍很好，每位服務人員都非常有禮貌，房間湯屋更是舒服，ㄧ泊二食非常好的選擇，餐食精緻，飽足感有，會再次到訪。

굉장히 친절하고 좋은 서비스를 받고 온것같습니다. 가이세키는 정말 환사이었습니다. 다음에 또 기회가 있다면 다시 오고싶은 곳입니다 !! 강력 추천합니다

工作人員非常負責 認真 熱情 各種細節把控很好，從入住帶路到最後離開，都是同一個工作人員負責我們的入住 房間有私湯，也去了外面的公湯，各種設計讓人很放鬆 一泊二食，食物水準很高，用餐在專門的用餐區域，房間住的有兩層，樓上可以鋪榻榻米，也有兩個單人床，安靜清幽 車站走過來要15分鐘，推着行李也容易到達，離開有車送 距離金鱗湖走路3分鐘

서비스, 위치, 모두 훌륭했습니다.

사진이나 리뷰가 많이 없어서 예약하고 나서 걱정했는데 위치 좋고 시설 깔끔하고 넓고 야외 노천탕은 최고였습니다. 식사도 트집 잡을게 없었고 완벽했습니다. 조식도 물론 맛있었구요 직원분들 친절하시고 특히 한국어 하시는 직원분이 계셔서 편하게 지내다 왔습니다. 다음에 유후인 간다면 다시 예약할거 같아요
