Staying at this hot spring hotel during cherry blossom season created wonderful memories for my family and me. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service—just a quick call from the station, and within 10 minutes, a car arrives to take guests directly to the hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive. Upon noticing that my father was using a cane, they kindly arranged a room for us without stairs, ensuring a more comfortable stay. The accommodation was spacious, featuring a private onsen and a massage chair, which made the experience even more relaxing. Since the hotel is near the mountains, there were a few insects, but it wasn’t a major issue. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and in the morning, guests could get fresh milk with breakfast. The hotel’s location was ideal—just a short distance from the shopping street and Lake Kinrin, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we truly enjoyed the experience.

It was spacious but the onset is not clean enough.

Love Yufuin Onsen area and we got a big room w/outdoor Onsen tub. Food was good n we each had private room in dining area. Like the 1hr privatising of the public pool. Shuttle to take us back n forth

缺點是榻榻米及沙發位的整潔度，有明顯的改善空間。 優點是房間很大。內有整潔寬敞及舒適的私人温泉空間，泉水沒有異味。早上有樽裝牛奶供應區，在房間外，住客有需要可自取。晚餐地方及食物外觀很精美。 有司機免費接送到火車站，很方便，省力不少。

服務非常好，車站提供免費乘車服務。而且位置靠近市中心，步行 5 分鐘即可到達。房間設計也非常漂亮，採用傳統的日式設計。真心推薦

位置上個人認為很不錯，沒有遊客區的吵鬧。步行至金鱗湖或者商店街也只是5-10分鐘距離。 服務可以說是一流了，在日本很少有職員帶旅客到房間，甚至介紹每個區域和設施，但這裡做到了！他們能夠說英語所以外國遊客都能照顧周到。 最值回票價的是每個房間都有私人風呂（不確定是不是溫泉水），也可以到共用溫泉，只要沒有其他客人使用就可以享受一番。整體來講是十分滿意的體驗，旅館住得很舒服。如果的節日或週年慶祝，我認為值得豪爽一次。

在1月10-12 日訂了此溫泉酒店3日兩夜的私人風呂，不論酒店的服務、環境、位置都相當滿意。早上步行去金麟湖或步行街也很近。早餐與晚餐也有自己的私人房屋，極力推薦這酒店。😃

房間非常大，乾淨整齊，服務態度非常好，私人風呂不錯，公眾風呂就沒有時間去看。晚上膳食不俗，但早上膳食就不太合個人口味。

환갑여행 왔어요 어머님이 너무 좋아하셨어요 ☺️ 별도 예쁘고 숙소도 편안했어요

工作人員都很熱情，預訂的“壽”房型，到店給安排的“鶴見”房型，旅館有些年頭了，但是維護的還可以，有幾個公共温泉，泡了其中一個，預訂的半食宿，都是在包間裏吃，負責晚餐的爺爺很細心周到，晚餐也很好吃，衹是晚上的床墊很硬，不太舒服。

아내와 장모님께 선물한 모녀 온천여행 마침 도착한 날 눈이 왔다. 눈 내린 야외 온천과 방에 딸린 개인 야외온천에서 눈을 맞으며 즐기는 온천욕 그리고 식사. 새벽엔 호테이아가 하얀색으로 뒤덮혀 있었고 하얀 우유 받아 먹고 즐긴 식전 온천이 최고였다고 하네요. 두 모녀에게 특별한 경험을 선물할 수 있어서 행복합니다. 이번 여행의 탁월한 선택은 호테이아 료칸인듯.... 나는 아직 못가봤습니다
