Amazing stay at the hotel, very helpful staff, we got a cozy BBQ and dancing around the fire. Lily at the reception and John the driver was very helpful. The hotel is great with an amazing location. Recommend to anyone who wants to have a cozy stay and lovely ambiance.

Our stay at this incredible hotel was nothing short of magical. Hands down, this was the best hospitality we have ever received. A true 10/10 experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. The property itself is absolutely stunning, nestled in nature, with snow-capped mountains visible right from our room. The serene surroundings, along with top-notch amenities, made our stay both luxurious and peaceful. But what truly made this stay unforgettable were Lily and Star, they were the heart and soul of our experience! Lily felt like a long-lost sister and friend. She was so genuinely warm, kind and attentive- so sweet. Both Liky & Star went above and beyond, helping us with anything we needed. Whether it was assisting us late at night with a projector we couldn’t figure out, or arranging pickup and drop-off to a nearby ancient town, nothing was ever too much for them. It’s not just the big things, they constantly surprised us with thoughtful little gestures that showed just how much they care. Their kindness and the beautiful souls of the entire team left a lasting impression on us. The property is a dream - horses, sheep and breathtaking views all around. It's a place that feels like a home away from home, only more peaceful, scenic, and soul-nourishing. This was a great experience! We’re deeply grateful to everyone at the hotel for creating such a memorable experience. Truly amazing, and highly recommended. We can’t wait to return.

Great hospitality by xiao xiang. The room was clean and the had an amazing view of the mountains. Equipped with complimentary all day fruits/coffee/tea and transport to nearby towns for meals. There were cute farm animals and a beautiful patch of canola flowers in front of the hotel which made great photos. Would recommend for families who would like a taste of comfort within nature grounds 😁 We went for the family room with two couples which shared one WC and shower with two basins in one room, and a bath tub in another room separated by a curtain. Would recommend two separate rooms for those who prefer more privacy!

This is by far our favourite and the best BnB I ever stayed in. 🛏️ Room is very spacious and aesthetic is on point Our room have amazing view of Jade Dragon Snow mountain. 🏨 The entire BnB is well designed and maintained with 180 unblocked view of the snow mountain and many great spots for photos. Love the cute farm animals roaming around the estate which guests can interact and take photos with them. 👧🏻👦🏻 Top-notch 6 star service from a fantastic team of staff, who take great care of us throughout our stay. Everyone is ever ready with a sincere smile and you can tell they are all happy working there. Special shout-out to 小钰管家 who have been sorting out our request very efficiently and very responsive. She takes great photo too! We very much enjoy the bonfire night dancing and singing with the team and other guests. Overall the hotel does provide lots a extra service like sending us to and from to the nearby ancient town, station drop-off, delicious breakfast, complimentary afternoon tea and evening milk etc. Beautiful memories made here and I can't wait to come back soon!

Outstanding Hotel I must give 5 stars A hotel with a the most beautiful view with bathtub. The service from the hotel staff took care of us greatly. The facilities in the hotel are complete, worthy of a five-star hotel. The view from our room is the most beautiful. You can clearly see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain both in the morning and evening. All the staff are helpful in every way. They recommend good local restaurants and take us to there and the old town. They also send us to the train station. Everything we got from this hotel is perfect and excellent. If anyone is looking for a hotel with a beautiful view of the Jade Dragon Mountain, you must book this hotel. It is a five-star beauty. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend MountainTrip Resort. I give 5 stars for this hotel ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Amazing view in each room. Excellent caring staff and a friendly touch. The children loved the animals.

Hotel staffs were really friendly and welcoming, and even arranged for a pick up service from the train station on the day of our check-in. We booked the room with the bathtub facing Yulong Snow Mountain and to be honest, it’s the best hotel experience we ever had! The view is unmatched to anything else we have seen, and the best thing is that it’s just in the comfort of our own room. Beside our balcony is a viewing point for the other guests of the hotel, so you can definitely hear guests speaking from the balcony all just enjoying the sunrise view. The hotel staff also arranged for transportation to Baisha Ancient Town on our first day and allowed us to check in early, which is something we really appreciate as we were tired from traveling. They also allowed us a late check out on our last day. We were also very thankful to Chen shuai ge who helped us with the booking of the tickets to Yulong Snow Mountain, although we ended up not going due to change in itinerary. Thank you for the warm welcome and we will definitely be back!

This is by far our favourite hotel in Yunnan! The hotel has a very nice view of the yulong mountain and is new and clean. Service from the staff is so far the best, you dont have to worry about anything when you stay here. They provide shuttle to baisha town and even to other places for us as we are not faniliar with the surroundings. They even arrange pick up n drop off for us from the airport hence it was really a stressless trip. Regret that we didnt stay longer as the kids had a great time playing with the ponies and goats. Morning breakfast is delicious too. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful to ensure your stay here is memorable. They also helped to arrange a horse riding session at yuhu and it was such a great experience!

We were initially staying at a large Hyatt brand hotel in Lijiang, and wanted to experience these up and coming boutique, modern style hotels. So my comparison is against the traditional big name hotels with similar price points. Pros: 1. Interesting design, bathroom right by the window 2. Great service, you can contact them easily and they are always free to have a conversation with you 3. Free flow drinks and snacks 4. Free car service to nearby towns 5. Cute open farm where you can feed and play with goats, ponies and even dogs. Cons: 1. Open concept lobby. Was freezing when having my breakfast. 2. Breakfast only starts at 8:30am, with limited options. You don’t get to enjoy the buffet style of large hotels. 3. Had trouble figuring out how to turn on heating, so was absolutely freezing in the room. 4. Room Design didn’t translate into practicality. Didn’t enjoy the open concept toilet. But this is contentious, and really up to individual preference. But I didn’t get the luxury experience I was looking for. 5. Lack of privacy: we booked the room with a large hot tub with Mountain View. However it is also facing the farm and being on the second floor. Anyone can easily look up and see us in the bath tub. While there is no one playing at night, we were only limited to night time baths which was a waste as we wouldn’t be able to enjoy the view in the day time. Overall, while I enjoyed the personalized and impeccable service (comparable to Aman hotels and expensive Maldives resorts), I just feel like the hotel being new, has a few teething issues it needs to resolve. I would argue that it is also an individual’s personal preference. For me, they shared the same price point with the large luxury brands in the area, but I just did not get the luxury experience from the room and hotel’s design. Their room design seem to heavily focus on aesthetics but not really functionality for their guests.

Stay here was beyond five star experience, worth every penny we paid for. Scenery, staff friendliness, cleanliness 10/10.

This was by far our best stay in China. The room was sparkling clean, with an exceptional view of the mountains. We enjoyed a relaxing bath while watching the fire. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the tranquility of the place was perfect. The room had everything we needed including a nice projector to watch movies after a day outside. The staff were the most welcoming and friendly people we've ever encountered in our travels around the world, ensuring our stay was truly memorable. Thank you for everything !

免費升級了觀雪山的秋月房型，房間很大很新很乾凈，裝修風格挺喜歡，贊一下全身鏡很方便！雖然天氣原因看不到雪山，但也住的很舒服。公區很好拍，咖啡無限量也很贊！酒店有個大花園，花養的很美，還有小羊小馬可以擼，超級可愛！
