Booked 2 nights stay. This place has a nice ambience, friendly staff, 3 dogs and 1 cat ❤️ It’s cold at night but no worries, you can warm yourself at the fire place.
For the room, it is one of the best room I have ever stayed. It is spacious and it has many things with the guest in mind such as electric blanket, warmer in the shower room (yes! It has a blower that blow warm air to help keep you warm when the water is off (before or after your shower), smart toilet etc.
The room has a nice view too! I could see the snowy mountain just by opening the curtain in the morning. Alternatively, you could also enjoy the view at the rooftop.
Not to forget about the adorable pets. The cat is one of the friendliest cat ever. For the dogs, the Samoyed is friendly and likes a lot of rub. On the other hand, the shibas would like personal space but they will come to you for attention when they wish to.
I’ll definitely be back.

We are a family of five from Singapore, we stayed 3 nights in December 2024. We are extremely grateful and satisfied with the service and amenities provided. The rooms and compound are extremely clean and organised. The view from the rooms were picturesque with an unblocked view of jade dragon snow mountain. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and the staff were very welcoming and polite. They helped us with enquiries on the local attractions and bookings of transport. It was heart warming that they provided free transport to the nearby Baisha old town. There are also 3 adorable dogs and 1 cat too!

The hotel is very beautiful and very well designed. A lot of attention to details. The location is a bit distant from the city center, but there are lots of things to do in the area. Highly recommended those who want to relax and appreciate the view. The owner is super nice and helpful.

The staycation have 3dog and 1 cat,if you are animals lover you will very like it.
Frond desk service very nice,if you have any questions you can ask for them,they very helpful.
All room is included breakfast.
Staycation very feel like home.
Place very relaxed and comfortable.
Some rooms have mountain views,and also have rooftop have mountain view also.
Staycation included washing machines.
Owner does not mind us joining when he goes to town.
Can bring your friends come here chitchat and chill.
They also provide oxygen bottles. You can borrow it and only pay then if used. Or not it can be return for free. Very cheap as compared to outside sellers.

Best hotel of our 2 weeks in China. A team that went the extra mile .... free lift to town (a very pleasant walk back), fresh fruit from their garden, early breakfast etc. Hope to have the opportunity to stay here again. Reviews only need two questions:

這次入住真的被這家小院狠狠圈粉！原本自己粗心看錯退房時間，以為是下午兩點，直到十二點半老闆娘温柔提醒才反應過來，説明情況後，老闆特別爽快地幫我免費延到了一點半，還貼心解釋是阿姨快下班了，能協調到這個時間真的太感動。
小院的環境更是沒話説，哪怕是下雨天，院內的地板都擦得鋥亮，乾淨得讓人心情都變好了。最驚喜的是店裡的幾衹狗狗和貓咪，一個個温順又可愛，對寵物出行的人來説簡直就是太友好了，完全不用擔心毛孩子會受冷落。
下次再來這邊，這家絕對是我的第一選擇，推薦給所有喜歡清凈、愛寵物的朋友！

這次商務出差選對了酒店！位置就在市中心商圈，步行5分鐘到地鐵站，去客户公司全程不繞路，節省超多時間。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟度剛好，連續加班兩天也能睡個好覺；辦公桌寬敞，燈光亮度適合處理文件，WiFi網速穩定不卡頓，視頻會議完全沒壓力。前台服務很貼心，主動幫忙升級了高樓層房型，還提供打印服務，細節滿分，下次來這座城市還選這裏！
