Holiday Inn Yuma

We have found this to be a wonderful hotel whether we are in the area for a few days or just a quick in/out. The hotel lobby is light and open with a nice business seating area and a great eaterie to the side of the business tables. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. There is good counter space in the bathroom too. The location is also great and very close to a nice pocket of restaurants, fast food and easy access to I-8. There is a nice pool area and lots of parking. A great place to stay. I also want to give a special thank you to the front desk person, Jacob, who was so helpful to us. He gave us suggestions on restaurants, directions to other places we needed to go and overall the most friendly and nicest of all the front desk personnel we met, even though they were all good. Jacob was a cut-above to us.

Love the hotel but the pillows are terrible! All of the pillows seem to have air trapped inside them. My head couldn’t sink into the pillow. Hotel is clean, great staff, tons of tv stations on the TV…outdoor pool…restaurant onsite…lots of stores and restaurants nearby…

Five stars for the staff! Everyone welcomed us with warmth and smiles. Margarita in the restaurant was a joy to see in the mornings. Real, sit down breakfast included in the room price added major value. The hvac unit in the room was a little bit noisy, I slept with my earbuds in which blocked it out. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms have the big bottles of separate shampoo and conditioner which I LOVE! There was a little vanity in the room with a bench and coat hooks, I loved having a place to hang my purse and jacket, and a place to do makeup outside of the bathroom. I'm getting over the last bit of a cold and sweated in the sheets the first night, they happily accommodated my request for a sheet change. We're going to a wedding here this weekend, looking forward to that! I would absolutely stay again.

This place is centrally located in Yuma. The rooms are spacious and have connected TV’s so you can stream your favorites. Brissa and her staff are awesome and they make all trips easy pesy. Oh don’t forget to visit Burger Theory for their happy hour and for breakfast the next day.

We stayed here while visiting family in Yuma. The hotel shuttle picked us up at the nearby airport and the gentleman was very friendly and personable. The woman at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming when we checked in and checked out. Room was spotless. We dined at the burger restaurant for lunch and it was great. This was a short stay so we didn't use the pool. Highly recommend this hotel.

Probably the best hotel in Yuma. Large and wide, four stories tall property on a hill overlooking the city with a great view of Yuma. Rooms are large, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Large TV in front of the bed makes it a nice place to lie in bed and watch TV. Two lounge chairs in the room which is always a nice amenity. I would like to see better toiletry and soap in the bathroom, but it seems like most hotels skimp on these items nowadays. The king size bed was great to sleep in . The bed is the most important item in a hotel room and IHG properties do a great job with this. Clean, smell nice, large room not cramped, a very good hotel room. NO guest rooms on the first floor, always good to see in a hotel. Only negative was that the nights I stayed there the room prices were near the highest in Yuma at this hotel.
