We arrived there after a long flight, late at night and were exhausted. Surprisingly there was nobody to open the apartment or give us the keys. We tried to text, but got no response. The children were desperate with the possibility of having no room to sleep. Luckily we found a hotel to spend the night. On the following day the owner texted my wife, who immediately answered that we could be there in about 15 mins. She (the owner) replied that she would take an hour to get there. So we went to downtown to have our breakfast. 30 minutes later she texted again saying that she was there (so she did not take an hour...). We asked if we could check in later that day and she agreed and we wrote if 8 PM would be ok. No answers at all. It was 6 PM and my wife wrote that we were going to the apartment. Sarcastically she answered that our reservation was cancelled and did not provide any further information. Again we had to find another hotel... To make matters worse, we paid and didn't get our money back. So, I do not recommend this apartment mainly if your flight lands at night (in this case you'd better have a plan B). The impression that we have is that this woman has no idea how to deal with people
