Love the hotel staffs attitude and kindness , although the location is not good but be very close to city center . Anyway, it's good to me .

Good staff eager to assist and a nice location. Rooms well appointed with a mini bar but no beverage making facilities. Nice Breakfast selection of continental items and a few hot ones. Could do with a toaster. Nice ambience in the restaurant. Bonus for smokers like me you can smoke inside in the Bar. Overall an excellent stay.

Great hotel. Exceptional staff. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very quiet. Fabulous breakfast. We liked the flat rate taxi service to and from the hotel that they offer. I just want to comment on the location. It is a 35 minute walk to the town center. The first 20 minutes is a quiet road through the park and residential area. Then you have another 15 minutes on the main road Ulica to the main square. Very straightforward. If you don't enjoy walking then you'll obviously consider other modes of transportation.

Think of those classic hotels from around the 1970's and you won't be disappointed. Classy and proper rooms, allthough the walls are Paperthin. About 30 minute walk from the city center through a cosy park. Personel is friendly yet distant when you don't speak croatian. Breakfast is basic with no changes between days. Bit disappointed for a 4-star if you have met others...

Well preserved classic hotel, positioned at 2km from center, on a hill, sorrounded by a mini forest. The rooms are huge, the staff is professional. 24/7 reception, room service and a beatiful terrace with restauranr service till 22:00. The indoor restaurant reminds me of the golden era, very classy, the entire hote is full of beatiful paintings. On the minus, it gets a bit noisy, if you are a gentle sleeper like me…not so good.

As restaurant service should be. Professional service. Wheeled carts with fresh seafood dishes to choose from. Lovely fine dining and matching wine list. We return every chance that we have. Bravo! Trip Advisor needs a separate page just for this restaurant.

C’est avec grand plaisir que nous logeons à l’Hôtel As lors de nos séjours réguliers à Zagreb. L’hôtel est placé au calme en lisière d’un « parc-forêt » et vous vous réveillerez le matin au son du chant des oiseaux. Le centre-ville peut aisément être rejoint soit en taxi ( 5-10 minutes), en bus (arrêt devant l’hôtel) ou à pied en traversant la magnifique forêt très bien entretenue (25 minutes jusqu’à la vieille ville). Nous apprécions également l’amabilité de tout le personnel, la propreté irréprochable des lieux, ainsi que la taille et le confort des chambres décorées dans un style traditionnel.

O hotel fica em um local maravilhoso, repleto de mata por todo lado e com uma trilha também ao fundo. Café da manhã é servido no restaurante, um local de muito bom gosto e requinte, foi delicioso com tudo o que precisamos,frutas,ovos, iogurtes, tudo muito saboroso. O atendimento foi muito cordial. O quarto é grande e limpo o único inconveniente foi que a descarga do banheiro não funcionava direito e tivemos problemas os dois dias com isso.

La struttura è un pò fuori dal centro con il vantaggio di avere il parcheggio disponibile. Le camere sono grandi, pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort. La colazione è buona con una discreta varietà di dolce e salato. Disponibile anche il ristorante che noi non abbiamo provato.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in un ottimo hotel a Zagabria. Situato leggermente al di fuori del centro, questo hotel offre un ambiente tranquillo circondato dalla natura nel suggestivo Park šuma Tušnak. La nostra stanza era spaziosa e impeccabilmente pulita, dotata di tutte le comodità necessarie per un soggiorno piacevole. Abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante dell'hotel e posso dire senza dubbio che la qualità del cibo e l'ottimo servizio hanno superato le nostre aspettative. Tuttavia, l'unico inconveniente riscontrato è stata la posizione decentrata dell'hotel. Sebbene non fosse in centro, era facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici, come autobus e tram, in circa quindici minuti. Tuttavia, è importante notare che la puntualità delle coincidenze può influenzare il tempo di viaggio. In generale, consiglio vivamente questo hotel per chi cerca una combinazione di tranquillità e comodità a pochi passi dal cuore pulsante di Zagabria.
