Great surprise for us and very good value for money! Staff was super nice and helpful, took 5 mins to go through the map and recommended places to go. Room is compact but is everything you need - it looks so new and clean assuming it has just been renovated. Shower temperature was good for summer but might not be warm enough in winter if don’t turn on the heater. Very big desk if that’s useful for you. 15 mins walk from the train station and nearest shopping mall, and another 15 mins walk to reach city centre. Free parking in front of the hotel.

工作人員很親切，詢問路線和公共交通都很耐心幫助，門口免費停車，繞到後面還有停車場，早餐簡單不過該有的都有，房間不大比較整潔，我們房間在另外一棟建築裏，很安靜，步行10幾分鐘到達電車站，30分鐘來到老城citywalk遊覽薩格勒布。

酒店位置好，房間設施較舊，暖氣供暖時斷時續，窗簾遮光效果一般。前台服務態度好，響應及時，整體是不錯的入住體驗。

家庭酒店 還算温馨 服務很熱情

Hotel Fala was a small walk from the tram stop. It's down a flight of stairs. We arrived late at night and the hotel staff offered us a downstairs room as we had suitcases. The room we were given was an adjoining room but just us staying in it. TV was in one room but none in the one we were sleeping in. We were given some fresh watermelon on arrival which we were so grateful for. The breakfast (5€) was fairly basic and we arrived with about 45 mins to go. Not such a choice of food. There was no room service (changing of towels etc). Anything we paid for had to be done so immediately and in cash. The staff were friendly at the front desk but couldn't remember whether we had paid or not. Very basic.

A wonderful family hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, clean air conditioned rooms, good shower. Simple and satisfying breakfast. Everything you need for an overnight stay on a long family trip. The staff compensated for the lack of a fridge the room by kindly placing our products in their fridge for the night.

We were in Zagreb for the conference at the University of Zagreb in July. We prefered this hotel for the close the university. We stay here one week. We were be so happy. Nice and warm. Like your family. İn addition that they had a surprise for us. Thanks a lot.

Zdecydowanie za wysoka cena jak na taki standard. Miejsce z zewnątrz wygląda tragicznie, jakkolwiek pokoje czyste. Personel miły. Na plus parking wliczony w cenę, klimatyzacja. Lokalizacja dobra, można dojść na piechotę do centrum miasta.
