Was put into this hotel due to a flight delay by travel company It is an absolute disgrace dirty hole There’s too much to mention Wouldn’t put an animal in there There’s a structure in the middle that resembles a fire escape , really unsafe Tip check the beds there filthy

Absolutely amazing, the food was amazing the staff were so kind an welcoming, never got less then 8 hours sleep on one of the comfiest beds i've ever slept in. I've been in a lot hotels in my time ad i can easily say this is one of the best. I would 100% come back again.

older hotel. very well located. Room cleaning could be better. they cook quite well but still the same. the cutlery and plates were sometimes dirty. quite affordable. right on the beach. you have a snack bar, a bar with alcoholic drinks. ice cream is good even if all the flavors taste the same :). I recommend going on trips or renting a car. if you are not demanding, it will be enough for you. sunbeds directly on the beach are very expensive (2 sunbeds and an umbrella €20), free at the pool, but you have to reserve them at six in the morning. a day in advance, when you go on a trip, you can ask for a packed lunch consisting of 2 dry slices of bread and 2-3 slices of cheese and 1 slice of ham. on the day of departure you are not entitled to a meal

The staff are exceedingly helpful. Particular thanks to the Reception Staff, the Manageress and the Restaurant Manager. They do really go above and beyond! The hotel was located ideally for me. It has a few swimming pools around, some in the Waterpark and some adjacent to a restaurant. The ones here cater I would say mainly for children although there were some adults there. There is a snack bar where you can get drinks and food and music. There are also activities taking place in the pool of some sort every day. The restaurant I would describe as first class. There are many choices for breakfast lunch and dinner. The food is nutritious and there is a different menu for lunch and dinner every day. They have a childrens choice as well as the main menu. Dinner is themed every evening. I found the food well served and it was always hot if it was meant to be and cold if it was not. I used a quieter pool attached to the Melita Hotel. This has a childrens pool and a larger one. There are many sunbeds, some at the side of the pool and some on the grass. There is lots of choice. There is a snack bar that serves only drinks. This opened up whilst I was there and the chap that runs it is very agreeable and helpful. The situation of the hotel is very good. Melita Bay is just over the road, and if you are facing the sea, turn left, and there are a few quiet sandy beaches to be found. Some are a good walk. About 5 minutes walk (turn left out of reception) you will fina a bust stop. The nearest side takes you to Protaras and Ayia Napia and the far side the other way to Pernera. The cost of a fare is 1.50 EUR. I had an insoluble problem with room cleaning/facilities. The Manager and other people did try to solve it of many occasions but without success. This spoilt the holiday for me. If it were not for this I would have given five stars!

Rooms terrible, dirty, stinky. Food terrible, rotten. Staff terrible, arrogant. Room wasn’t clean for 4 days. Towels haven’t been changed for many days also. And also expensive hoodie was stolen from our suitcase from our room! Shower next to the beach moldy. The worst hotel ever. Don’t recommend!!!!!!

This hotel was a disaster...the worst I have ever seen, honestly. We were really worried when we saw only 3 stars but we were assured the hotel has a higher level than that...a big mistake....Food was cold (always), coffee and everything mixed with water was salty and disgusting (probably made with tap water). Hotel toilets were dirty and disgusting. Personnel number was very insufficient. Swimming pool very dirty. We ended up with a rental car driving aroung the island and eating elsewhere. Do not trust anybody telling you that bad review come from before the reconstruction. It is not true...you will regret.
