Paradise Apartments

Just returned from a fantastic stay at the paradise apartments on arrival we were greeted by a lovely friendly lady on reception who took us to our room we decided to upgrade to a suit for a small cost well worth it as our suit was lovely comfortable bed lots of sockets and very clean with a nice terrace All the staff from reception bar staff and room attendant were fantastic nothing was a trouble to them always happy to help our shower broke and the man was straight there to fix it The pool area is lovely clean and very private as most we past on that road the pools are on a busy road side there are lots of loungers and parasol don’t take notice of the negative reviews simply are not true Thank you to you all for looking after us and an enjoyable holiday

If I could give this hotel 0 starts I would. I have never stayed in such an appalling hotel in my life. Upon arrival we were put in our room where we were supposed to stay for the 4 weeks. Randomly 2.5 weeks in qe we’re woken up by hotel staff giving us 10 minutes to get out the room. We were separated out of our group of 8 from a suite which we paid for into two appealing rooms of 4 with bunk beds, tiny fridges, dirty bed sheets and towels. Two days later we were kicked out of our rooms again with 10 minutes noticed & moved for a third time. In our last 4 days the hotel attempted to move us multiple more times. When we refused to move again to they threatened to kick us out. MULTIPLE other guests experienced the same issue & were screamed and shouted at by staff if they refused to move out of the rooms they had paid for. The hotel overbooked rooms so much people were also moved into awful cheap accommodation down the road with no refund. We left the hotel in immaculate condition yet they kept half of our deposit for ‘dirty towels’. The maids also did not visit our rooms for almost 3 weeks straight. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

The rooms are simple and have everything you need. The bathroom was fine and there is plenty of balcony space. Staff are lovely and food and drink is well priced. The pool is lovely and the cleaners come in and clean everyday. 15 min to ZA strip.

The hotel have the nicest staff that are happy to take care of anything that you need. The rooms are nice and tidy with cleaners that come everyday. The pool and bar are lovely with incredible food especially for the price. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the Zante strip however the accommodation makes it worth the walk as it’s priced so well.

We did not have high expectations of this hotel however we were all so impressed. They accommodated 18 of us and anastasios was so helpful helping accommodate and organising taxis. Everyone that worked there was so friendly especially the people working behind the bar where they also gave recommendations on where to go on nights out. The food at the bar should also not be overlooked especially the burgers.We even got a few injuries in Zante which meant our mothers had to fly out. But the hotel was so accommodating and lovely helping them get a room. The owner even came out and asked how me and my friend were and checking up on us which was lovely.

NON CONSIGLIO STATE ALLA LARGA…. L’avventura parte da subito quando siamo arrivati la camera ci viene consegnata con 2 ore di ritardo. Una volta entrati la camera era SPORCHISSIMA e con diverse cose che andavano messe apposto. La doccia non presentava nessuna tendina quindi ogni volta che si faceva la doccia si allagava d’appertutto. Inoltre abbiamo trovato del cibo per terra della gente che prima aveva alloggiato. Lenzuola sporche e una volta avvisate le persone di dovere sono entrate in camera dicendoci che non c’è le cambiavano anche se il problema era evidente (Lenzuola sporche di sangue e macchie gialle). Saltata pure il contatore della corrente quindi siamo stati senza per un giorno.
