Castelli Hotel All Inclusive

We had a wonderful stay there. All the staff were welcoming and provide best service

Overall, a lovely stay at Castelli. The owner, his family and staff are very friendly and welcoming and make Castelli feel very special. Rooms are modern, with good air conditioning, a powerful shower and very comfortable beds. Plenty big enough for 2 adults. Location is brilliant - a short walk to a supermarket, ATM, the beach, bars and restaurants. A good choice of food options and all delicious. Evening entertainment very good, something to suit all tastes and genres. A few minor points to note - the swimming pool area feels too small for the number of rooms/guests. While there are swim-up rooms, the overspill in to the garden was significant, every day. No beds available from 10am. Beds become available from 4.30pm but then the staff start clearing the pool area around 6pm, to prepare this area for the evening entertainment. If you like to enjoy the sun for longer or want to swim past 6pm when the pool area is still in full sun, you will not be able to. You can stay longer, but it’s not very relaxing when you have two members of staff and a trailer working around you. The last two days of our holiday were spent around the pool next door at Divina studios. We were the only people there, it was spacious, quiet and cheap, considering we had already paid for all inclusive at Castelli. Some parasols and chairs need attention, the drinks are OK, the Castelli cocktail is good, but the coca cola is pure syrup and tastes like cough medicine! I did mention it to the bar staff, but I don’t think they understood. The family and staff work very hard in the best interest of their guests, this is very obvious and very endearing. I would definitely recommend a visit, however, I probably would not return.

Where do I start, this place is so beautiful, we had room 210 it was perfect looking over the olive trees you can see the sea in distance it was so pretty ( also over looking the pool) Food is outstanding Staff are truly amazing, they can’t do enough for you, they made you feel like you were part of the family. Evening entertainment was fantastic The walk to the beach through the olive groves was pretty. We did get upgraded to a swim up room but the view from the previous room was far more rewarding The owner meets and greets you as you arrive everyday which is a lovely and also full of knowledge and always smiling There are also sunbeds in the garden which has gorgeous olive trees Pool is lovely We had the most amazing time and will most definitely be returning Thank you all so much ❤️
