Perfect location, perfect staff and just overall spot on for a hotel if you on a party holiday. All Inclusive makes this hotel a cut above the rest with the bartenders not being stingy and letting you take a few drinks at a time compared to a lot of all inclusive hotels that only let you get one drink at a time.

Ended up booking another hotel worst place I've stayed has a mouse in the room all period blood stain on my mattress bed bugs. Avoid at all cost very dirty. Ended up booking hotel across the road and was cheaper even had a TV. As this hotel dint have TV dint have a safe ubhave to pay for one. There is no hot water you have to wait untill they heat it up so we was going to the beach and using showers there.

This place is a really fabulous all-inclusive option in Zakynthos! Staff was so friendly and helpful. There were fun themed nights after dinner and we met some other lovely travelers. The food was abundant, varied, and delicious. I have dairy-free vegetarian dietary restrictions, and the chef made special meals for me so that I could enjoy dinner with everyone. Rooms were clean, tidy, and quiet. The pool looked refreshing, but we preferred driving to other beaches.

We stayed here the last week of October. Everything outside was closed or in the process of closing for the season, but this was no issue for us as it was an all inclusive package. Made it a cheap holiday and we actually relaxed and enjoyed the hotel! Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are basic, but we're clean and had everything we needed. It's just somewhere to sleep and shower. The food is fabulous, fresh and plenty to choose from. Not left overs rehashed as many all inclusive hotels tend to do. Free Internet in all areas of the hotel, strong signal. I was able to watch a funeral from the room in private. Local bus to go into town, but we took a taxi which cost €15. Pool area had plenty of sun loungers and chairs. The hotel wasn't at full capacity, so cannot comment on what it would be like at high season. But it's a small hotel, so cannot see it being too much of a problem. All in all, we had a lovely break, would definitely consider returning. My only gripe, was the mozzies! Not the hotels fault, just my sweet blood!

Stayed here the end of October 2024, everything was shut down apart from 4 or 5 bars and 3 of them closed whilst we was here. Hotel was basic with no mod cons Room basic, beds awful with wooden slats missing, no curtain or door on shower which made floor very slippy and dangerous. Building works going on basically on the door step of hotel which wasn't stated when we booked. We stayed all inclusive and the food was above average but felt that staff was following you around watching. Buffet style with different themes most nights such as Mexican, Greek and English Sunday dinner. Most staff very nice especially the females, some male staff came across very moody. Karaoke one night and greek night but apart from that no entertainment whatsoever. Laganas is not the cleanest place you will ever go in fact quite dirty in places. The beaches ain't the best The turtle and coves trips are fantastic and recommended. The weather was fantastic. Decent week away but wouldn't stay at this hotel again or go to Laganas again. Hope this helps people before booking

Hotel clean food fantastic. Rooms air con expensive and not worth it, beds have been made so the mattresses just slot in but the wood around the bed is a mission getting in and out off really hurt the backs of your legs. Shower nice but no cubicle and floor very dangerous as gets very wet and drainage not the best (be very careful) Pool nice but small and not enough beds when hotel full. Dining food really good but seating needs attention as not enough tables if all wanting to eat early. Please be aware that the resort shuts end of September and clubs bars shops and restaurants all start shutting up we went 12th oct and even McDonalds closed for the season so be prepared. Overall nice hotel very friendly lovely food and we had good weather and meet some nice people which made the holiday.

This hotel and the staff are amazing. Rooms were spotless, if you need extra pillows etc just ask and they are there. Food, excellent! Breakfast was wide variety something for everyone, same with lunch and dinner! And I’m fussy! Couldn’t fault it . Bar staff Chris , Nicos and Penny 👌 and the evening bar staff are top tier! Xx reception staff , so helpful, friendly really never felt at home so much on a holiday! It was perfect! No complaints at all. I have stayed all over Greece in 5 star hotels and never had a service like this ! Felt so welcomed !! Perfect! We will be going back !

Staying at Club zante plaza laganas at the moment for 11 night holiday very warm welcome when we arrived Things are shut or shutting down at the moment and we were quite aware of this when we booked Can honestly say that the quality of the food here is top notch and always freshly cooked and hot a lot of larger more starred hotels ive been to in different countrys cant touch them The staff are amazing and nothing is to much trouble for them to make your stay an enjoyable one Big shout out to few members of staff Chris /Nikos/ Penny top quality service and care Chef John and his team amazing menus and wonderful food Front desk Mata and Eve always helpful and very informative For time of year a great holiday making new friends
