Keri Village & Spa by Zante Plaza (Adults Only)

This is our 2nd visit to Keri village and a lovely warm welcome from the staff. Almost like we had never been away. Nothing had changed except a couple of the staff, but all pleased to see you every morning or evening. This hotel was busy with the mix of European country’s. Everyone say hello and mixes which is rare in any hotel. The spa is now booked via a local number which still delivers a great massage.. my wife had the hot stones and said it was the best she had ever had… The rest of time between meals and sun bathing, reading and playing cards, this peaceful hotel delivers with easy…

This was our third time at Keri Village. It was lovely to see how much more popular it is as there were many more visitors this time. As always, the service was impeccable. Special shout out to Maria in the dining room who was a delight, so friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious as always and the entertainment was great, although I was slightly disappointed that a replacement was not put on when the singer couldn't make it as it meant three days without entertainment. Overall, another wonderful holiday and hope to see you all again very soon 😀

Lovely quiet location, very clean, great staff and food. We have been visiting Zakynthos for many years, but only in the last 8 or so have moved away from resorts and to hotels. This was our first visit to Keri village and it was great. From pre arrival questions and emails for checking out, we found it seamless. We hada one bed suite and it was spacious, lots of storage, enough plug sockets, and well thought out tables around the bed (my pet hate) The pillow were great, and our cleaner even brought us a light quilt as she noticed we had been not been using the other one. The bathroom was massive, but the shower tiny (made me laugh as it was perfectly fine) . Outside balcony area was lovely and peaceful as well Wifi was great. It was a little odd to have to get out own water and drinks (just not used to it) but then that became one of our fave things, esp bringing hot drinks back to our room. I never felt unsafe by myself. The staff were VERY efficient and hard working and very friendly without being too full on. Shout out to all of them, but esp Carla, Marina and Angelica The pool was freezing, but that is a pool in Greece, and you soon warm up. The food was plentiful and varied, I am a fussy eater with allergies, no issues there, and my OH has Crohns so has to be really careful but we had no issues. We had a car so didn't use the transport but we did take advantage of a transfer to a local taverna that was lovely as well. The spa was nice, I had my hair cut and it was very easy and a nice treat. We didn't take part in the entertainment as we were either out or chilling but people enjoyed it. The sunbeds were very full most days, but more were coming out. I hope it isn't like that when we return in September but not a deal breaker. also maybe some more snacks and things like bags of crisps etc, again no issue we just got our own.

We checked out today after a one-week stay. The area is quiet and ideal for relaxation, especially since it’s an adults-only hotel. The average age of the guests is quite high, so if you’re looking for entertainment or activities, this might not be the right choice. The food at the hotel is satisfactory, though the breakfast could offer more variety. We made a few requests at the reception, but unfortunately none were fulfilled. The rooms could be cleaner. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but there’s a constant sense of rush, especially in the restaurant area, which could benefit from a calmer atmosphere. If you’re looking for a livelier and more crowded place, Laganas might be a better option.

I have just returned from this hotel after spending a week there. I don't believe this is a 4 star hotel, although the setting is lovely there is room for improvement, the staff are very friendly. The food is basic and I was very disappointed as you expect it to be good in a 4 star. The rooms also are basic but clean. However this hotel is definitely not disabled friendly as you need to walk up stairs to get to the very basic restaurant for all meals. The furniture both in the restaurant and bar area are dated, especially the bar area the sofas were so uncomfortable. In my opinion this hotel should be advertised as a 3 star, I definitely will not be returning.

My partner and I enjoyed our 5 nights here, but probably wouldn't return. Pros; Stunning views Friendly staff Clean, well maintained premises Tasty food with a decent selection Quiet with no passing traffic, pedestrians, so ideal for chilling out and relaxing. Very private. 30 mins from airport Cons; Very windy as on top of mountain so can get chilly despite mid 20s weather. Rooms very poor with an awful shower. We stayed in a suite which was nowhere near what I was expecting. The sitting room consisted of a room with one seat and a single bed in the corner. Cant imagine what the normal rooms would be like. Nightlife non existent. There's literally nothing to do at night, and the "entertainment" is rubbish. Not enough sun beds which results in people getting up at 7am to reserve them. In a remote facility like this, where there are no other option outside, there should be one bed per guest at all times. The pool was absolutely freezing. I've never experienced one so cold. Alcohol is either watered down or extremely weak as didn't even feel tipsy, let alone drunk.
