hirap maka sagip ng signal... ang liit ng spacr ni walang lamesa.. but its ok .. may hidden charges pa pla. gaya ng advance checked in.. but goods lng nman.

Its a good hotel and very convinient pero hassle lang kasi walang table to put your personal things or you bought food to eat at the hotel

The blanket very thin, there is big cockroach under the pillow

For one person they charge extra but denied to give any service how it’s even possible?????!!!!!

The Parking is the lil bet Problem. But overall is right for the price.

Our stay in Two Seasons Executive Suite is good experience. Though there are some concerns in their facilities such as no available tables and chairs. Imagine, how did we ate our food? Anyway, I would like to suggest that next time they should add up some furniture, table and chairs. Regarding with the service, it's quite good but upon checking in - I think there's a problem occurred which I clearly booked online 3 days and 2 nights, yet they ask if are we going to extend our stay. Meaning, in checking-in they only charge us for 1 night. So, improve the management skills for easy transaction. FOOD? I am not sure if they have offer food, but in our stay we didn't avail.

Negative: 1. The facilities of this hotel need maintenance. Many defective lights, bathroom lacks ergonomics, blanket is cheap and so thin, room lacks basic furniture. -Also, bowl as no toliet cover. Terrible. 2. As for cleanliness, I saw some hairs and the pillows and bed sheet have stains. C'mon now. You need to buy new sheets. 3. Lobby has no WiFi internet. 4. There was one front desk staff, a woman, who is not friendly, and needs customer service training. Positive: 1. Decent building. 2. Location near airport and KCC Mall.

Cozy room for its price. Modern and comfortable. The location in Google maps need to be updated.

The hotel is not clean, the water and lighting is not properly working.
