Un hotel muy cómodo, limpio, elegante y muy buena ubicación, la comida muy buena.

1：房間還算大，稍微有點舊 2：位置還不錯，走兩步就是商業街和購物中心 3：早飯還算豐富，早飯錢另外付的 總體還可以吧。推薦！

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and extremely disappointed considering I am a loyal Marriot customer. They overcharged me for my stay and did nothing to make me whole. I am now out a few hundred USD. They billed me for someone else's stay who had more nights, swapped our credit cards and said because it was a co-worker that it was my problem to get the money from her. Will NEVER stay here again!

I normally enjoy staying at AC Hotels b/c the experience is consistent, straight forward, and worth the price. I was disappointed when I checked in at 10PM to find my room not furnished with ear swabs/cotton pads, a soap dish, nor the complimentary water bottles. I requested water via the app, and it took over an hour to be brought to my room. The room also had significant wear and tear. The power outlets next to the bed were too worn to support any plugs. The outlets were too loose and plugs would fall out as soon as they were plugged in. The USB outlets next to the bed didn't work, and one of the USB outlets was completely gutted. When I sat down on the edge of the bed, I immediately sunk to the bottom, which indicated broken mattress springs. Luckily the rest of the king bed was in-tact. AC Hotels use Korres products. The hand soap, lotion, and conditioner in the room were in fact Korres, but the shampoo and body wash were not. The difference was obvious--the smell of Korres product is very distinct and white, and the shampoo and body wash were orange and smelled like peach. This made me distrustful of the property that they would mislabel bottles and put adulterated product advertised as something else. I was hoping it was just the bottles in my room. The housekeeping was inconsistent and baffling. I returned at the end of the first day to see that the room was cleaned, bed made, and trash emptied, but the washcloth and hand soap that were provided the first night were not replaced. I then requested via the app a 1) dental kit 2) comb 3) shower cap 4) hand soap and 5) washcloth. But what was delivered to my room was a 6) hand towel 7) shampoo 8) conditioner and 9) body wash. None of what I requested. With the additional shampoo and body wash, I confirmed that the pink, peach product was also in the separate bottles. Some pros were that they were able to keep me in the same room across my two reservations, and the high-floor room had good noise isolation. The property is directly next to the Plaza del Sol, so shopping and running errands was a very easy walk over. I submitted the feedback directly to the property at the end of my stay, and the manager promptly responded apologizing for my experience and said they deposited goodwill Bonvoy points into my account. It's been seven days and the supposed points still haven't appeared in my account.

Clean and modern. Everything felt very new. Central located in a good spot of Guadalajara, the feel was safe during the day but don't walk around at night. Right next to mall. This was just what we needed. The shower was amazing. We were able to get this hotel at a great rate too.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y el front siempre fue muy amable el único problema fue el valet el de la mañana y el de la tarde bastante ineptos y groseros le dañaron la pintura a mi auto y parecía que me estaban haciendo el favor tardados llegué y esperé 20 minutos y hasta que no me estacione y me bajé de acercó y muy enojado me dijo que bajara el coche por que era “mármol” (era granito y estaba ya muy agrietado) deberían de tener más cuidado con la elección de su personal para evitar este tipo de problemas con los huéspedes.

Aunque ya me había hospedado en hoteles de la cadena Marriott, nunca me había hospedado en un AC Hotel hasta ahora y en verdad que superó por mucho mis expectativas. Este es de los mejores hoteles en los que me he hospedado y que no han sido pocos. Al principio dudaba un poco por el precio tan alto pero en verdad que leyendo los comentarios me animé a conocerlo, también porque ya me habían hablado de lo buenos que eran los hoteles de esta cadena y sobretodo por la ubicación tan buena a un lado de Plaza del Sol donde todo lo que necesitas lo tienes a un paso; por eso me decidí a comprobarlo, y definitivamente no me decepcionó en lo absoluto. Es un concepto completamente diferente a lo que uno conoce habitualmente, rapidez en el check-in, facilidad para instalarse, sin problemas en el estacionamiento a pesar de ser pequeño, calidez en la atención y en el servicio y lo mejor de todo; excelente ubicación con una comodidad de lujo. En verdad el valor de cada centavo que uno pagar aquí es aprovechado al 100. Mi máximo fue el baño y las amenidades (tanto el jabón como el shampoo de la marca KORRES huelen delicioso y hacen la cantidad de espuma apropiados). Se agradece también que tengan buena cantidad de canales en la TV y en español, un frigobar que es de mucha ayuda y buena cantidad de toallas. En verdad es un gran hotel porque a pesar de los años que lleva, el mantenimiento se nota que es extremadamente bueno, no se percibe ningún olor raro, los elevadores funcionan de manera eficiente y son rápidos, la ubicación (junto a Plaza del Sol y a Karne Garibaldi es un gran plus), la comodidad de la habitación (cama) y el baño son de lo mejor. Quiero hacer un reconocimiento en especial a los chicos que me atendieron durante mi estancia, Daniel y una señorita (que desgraciadamente olvidé su nombre y que me atendió al hacer mi Check-out) en Recepción fueron bastante amables e inclusive a esta ultima persona le solicité desde mi habitación que si me podían compartir una pluma y una libreta para hacer algunas anotaciones y de inmediato me la llevaron, eso es servicio. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí, quedé sumamente contento y satisfecho.
