Holidays Hyatt Puerto Rico?! NO THANKS
It was supposed to be my only summer vacation, but it disappointed my expectations with my family.
Although it is cataloged 5 stars, it is worth a maximum of 4 as the expectations were high imagining a high target, instead Americans mostly with a hit and run tourism of 2/3 days at most low level, the main cause of the very high costs and the many taxes paid at check-in as a non-American resident. The resort shows all its years (construction period 80s/90s) and is not an elegant structure. Do not book through TRIP.COM despite offering low, interacts with third-party operators and does not allow you to be helped in the particular request on the room or inquire about extra taxes to be paid directly at the hotel.

Excellent surrounded by nature but 45 km away from San Juan, essential car rental (I recommend Enterprise RentCar about 10 minutes by taxi with Uber.
Cleaning:6-
The rooms are clean but the HouseKeeping team is not present every day in the linen change and rooms with many delays and often in the bedroom there was still the remains of sand that were in the shoes
Beach:9
Clean sea with different crystalline colors regarding the coral reef present even if totally destroyed. Only a part of the beach (next to the pool) is usable, an entire area of the beach is not usable between rich and poorly cared for beaches. Often the neglect of the same low target guests left remains of plastic, cans of beer that I punctually went to throw away; there is not the figure of the beach manager but some “multipurpose” operators who from time to time put the deckchairs in order, there is no team on beach cleaning. It is possible to use kayaks and surfboards (only based on the wind) a kiosk with drinks and cocktails that has remained for our entire period “closed” except for the last 3 days, offers the same type of Pool Lobby Bar (a glass of mango 0.2 lt with crushed ice $10.00 including taxes and mandatory tip)
Topic Till: it was imposed in bars, restaurants and breakfasts, an authentic bleeding and often not deserved for the service offered, I consider a bad figure for guests. In fact, the Market and the Coffee Bar were mostly used for personalized purchases, in the end always excessive. It is advisable to go and buy outside the resort all kinds of food and drinks at a price 3 times lower
Animation:
A total mortorio if it weren’t for a Bluetooth speaker turned on in the lobby bar. Never a Porto Rican-themed evening, never a themed dinner, no daytime/evening entertainment, then with a really low target. The HYATT is known for the organization of large private/industrial events having large rooms and services, but to the detriment of the few guests present, as the entire structure is absorbed in guaranteeing the many attractions and areas taken by storm, in these two weeks there were the ECONO and the CENTRUM

From the Reception, except for a front-desk named Laura (very kind) the remaining staff and especially the MANAGER, very rude and rude, hence my problems: I had asked to change my room compared to what they gave me starting with my daughter after a post-intervention. The Manager even went so far as to tell me that I could leave and reimburse me 100%
