Western Camp Resort

We were truly impressed by the exceptional service and the warm atmosphere. The event was flawlessly organized by their dedicated manager, who ensured that every aspect of our company’s team-building and accommodation was perfectly tailored to our needs. From the comfortable, well-appointed lodgings to the seamless coordination of activities, everything was thoughtfully arranged. Upon arrival, we felt immediately welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant experience was just as memorable, with the team’s hospitality creating an atmosphere that made each meal feel special. The food quality was outstanding, and we must highlight the delicious “Żurek” and “Tomato Cream” soups—they were simply amazing! 🍲👌 We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone at Western Camping Resort for making this event truly unforgettable. Friendly service, we loved the tipi experience, really good animation for kids with several activities during the whole day, they have also cinema, 2 restaurants and sometimes they have concerts in there. The place sells tickets for Energylandia and provides transportation to the park in a cool train available during the working hours of the park. I highly recommend this camp, the western vibes are really cool there

Stayed one night only with two days tickets to the park and it wasn’t enough . We regret we didn’t have a full day in the camp. Place is amazing. Lovely swimming pool open till 22.00 kids allowed in sauna with adult to warm up after swimming. Food great quality and breakfast so fresh we wish we could eat more. Massive choice too. We stayed in Tepee which supposed to be basic but still had air con and coffee maker. Everything smells of fresh wood. Place is so clean it’s unbelievable. We have seen cleaners mopping the fences 😂 Stuff friendly and happy. Ms Dorotka in reception was so helpful and cheerful , full of practical advice. Nothing is a problem there : dog, late check in ect You can leave a car on park one for free and little train will take you straight to the parking. Yes, it’s pricey especially for Polish people, but you get a quality for a money. One of the best stays we ever had and we will be back

We had the best stay at Western Camp. On arrival we were greeted by the lovely Natalia on reception who had very good English and was extremely helpful. She sold us tickets to Energylandia and gave us fast passes for the top 4 rides each. The main reason for our 3 night trip was to enjoy all the rides at Energylandia and to go there every day. There is free transport to the park and back and is well sign posted every half hour although it isn’t that far to walk high we did several times. Our sheriffs rooms were ready on arrival. The rooms were so much better than we had expected. A good size and spotlessly clean. It had a good shower, a fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee. Also had air conditioning. Plentiful towels and shower was nice and hot. The rooms are not made up but this was not an issue for us. The camp area is well themed and a lovely lakeside setting. We used the small pool at the end of the day which had a lifeguard on duty. There was also little kiosks selling ‘tuck shop’ style bits and pieces. The visited the restaurant every evening as the food was excellent. We were served 2 nights by Anna, who was so friendly and made us so welcome and again she had very good England’s which was nice as our polish is almost non- existent. Between us we tried the Polish sour soup in a bread bowl which was excellent and I would highly recommend, also the chicken tagliatelle, the pulled rib and the burgers. A nice choice of beers and cocktails too. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was amazing. I wasn’t expecting too much but it was excellent. Lots of different breads homemade cake, nice choice of cereal and different types of milk including lactose free. There was also fruit and yoghurt and the hot breakfast that was also included was great, scrambled eggs, lovely bacon plus pancakes, beans and some nice salad. To be honest you couldn’t ask for more. I rated the breakfast so highly as an English person if the tea, milk, bacon and eggs are good quality then it is a win for me. The Western Camp is spotlessly clean and the flowers around the camp are magnificent, it’s such a lovely setting. On our last day we left our belongings in the luggage room and headed out to the park, on return we were offered to used the shower and changing facilities ready for our return home. So we got to use one of the shower blocks and I have to say these were very clean and well looked after. The camp is close to a couple of supermarkets which we used to get a few bits like beer and chocolate, it’s also close to Macdonalds but we didn’t go there as the food in Energylandia and at the WesternCamp was so good and very cheaply priced. We had issues with the company we had booked to take us to the airport but Natalia at reception saved the day and sorted it out for us, she is a star. It was a great trip and I would highly recommend and we will definitely return.

Boiska do gry w piłkę, kino plenerowe, sektor relaksacyjny z hamakami czy huśtawkami, sauna, a w końcu podgrzewany basen działający do 22.00, w którym młodzież mogła zażywać kąpieli pod czujnym okiem ratowników ,to tylko kilka z wielu atrakcji, które czekają na potencjalnych gości. Na koniec pragnę nadmienić, że zróżnicowane i obfite posiłki naprawdę radowały podniebienie. Niełatwo było nam się rozstać z tym wyjątkowym ośrodkiem. Pozostaje mieć nadzieję, że może kiedyś jeszcze tam wrócimy:))

Osrodek swietny niestety ogromnym minusem jest to ze w restauracji nie ma miejsca dla gosci osrodka, scisk na ogrodkach doslownie stolik na stoliku. A w ogole to ze osoby bez opasek przez restauracje wchodza na teren osrodka to jakis KOSMOS. Jak spisz w domku to jeszcze spoko ale jak w tipi albo w wozie to dziekuje bardzo… wszyscy spaceruja po osrodku plataja sie?! JAK TO MOZLIWE? A placisz jak za hiltona w centrum Krakowa… myslalam ze corka bedzie mogla swobodnie sie poruszac po osrodku ale nic z tego.
