Good location

ツェルマットの駅から歩いて10分ほど。メインストリートとは反対の方向になるが静かで落ち着いた雰囲気。 スネガ行きのケーブルカー乗り場はすぐそば（歩3分） 部屋にポットはなかったが（頼めば）沸騰水を融通してもらえたので数回は利用してとても助かった。 サウナ、プールなどはないが、バスタブがある部屋だったのでそれなりにくつろぐことができまた。 （9月だったが）外気温はずいぶん低く寒かったが、部屋には暖房が入れられていたので快適に過ごすことができた。 チェックアウト時のツェルマット駅への送迎は、5 フラン/人でした。（直接予約の人は、Free ）

酒店位置不錯，樓下有家餐廳是希臘🇬🇷主廚，飯菜都做的好吃！酒店房間小了點，可能瑞士都是這樣的，我們三人人加了床後，打開行李有點不太方便，早餐不錯，傳統的歐式早餐，沒有煎蛋，但是有白煮蛋，衞生間大天窗也是醉了，還好山上沒有更高的酒店了，不然真直播了

房間略小的，但在采爾馬特算性價比較高的選擇了，走路到火車站大概15分鐘，離纜車站較近

Check in was chaotic , there was 23 of us on a tour checking in and the lobby is incredibly small . The small elevator cannot hold more than two people with luggage at a time . So many people were clogging the hallway at the elevator so it took us about 15 minutes to get to,our room . The room was adequate and had balcony . The hotel is just a short walk to center of Zermatt , the train station and the Sunnegga-Rothorn gondolas which takes you up to have a fabulous view of the Matterhorn . The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable . The breakfast room is rather large with a nice selection .. but here was confusion as breakfast with eggs and bacon is prepared only for people on certain tours and our tour qualified but the server was so frustrated she got confused on who was on which tour . She was overwhelmed . Overall the hotel is nice and the staff at the desk were friendly .

Fabulous hotel. Lovely warm welcome by Matthaus. Unlike other hotels they want settlement and tourist tax paid immediately, at this hotel payment in on check out. Our room was in the attic with a Mattehorn view, this was a lively view especially at sun rise. Hotel very modern, and extremely clean and warm. The hotel is located up a hill, but this ensured the best views, and they had a shuttle float for guests that needed a trip into town. It was only 8 minute walk from station. Breakfast was also great with lovely waitress staff. We had evening dinner at hotel restaurant and that was a good meal. Bathroom was small but that was the logistics of being in attic. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and Zermatt. Only slight criticism is no tea/coffee facilities in room, but Matthaus sorted that by giving us hot water and Milk.
