SO BEAUTIFUL & we got a free upgrade upon arrival..🥹 Nice view, high level & super cosy environment, HUGE ROOM!! Would love to stay here again the next time I visit!

Only need to walk 5min from the station but a bit tricky to find. Close to the town centre, easy to see the sunrise of Zermatt. Breakfast in a cute wooden place.

Pleasantly surprised by how big the room was! A rarity in Switzerland for sure. Modern furnishings a plus! Lovely surprise balcony with a sideways view of the town, nice to sit outside to unwind at the end of the long day. Bathroom was rather lacking in character compared to the room and bath tub/screen was quite inconvenient. But basic amenities are there, two sinks + separate WC were appreciated. Breakfast was average, adequate but not great spread. No swimming pool, bare gym, uninspiring suana area for a 4* hotel so manage your expectations accordingly. Location very close to train station (5 mins), off a quiet corner, complimentary luggage shuttle would be nice instead of charging CHF12 for what is literally a 1 minute ride in a buggy.

立地も良く、食事つきでこの価格は、この辺りでは安い方だと思います。バスタブ付きだったのもポイントは高いです。

非常好的住宿體驗，房間很大，廁所乾濕分離，前台服務很好也很友善～

地理位置很好 就在采爾馬特核心地段 酒店房間面積超大 這在瑞士可不多見 酒店陽枱面對的景色超漂亮 早餐也很豐富

酒店很好，距離火車站很近，床很舒服，房間在瑞士算是大的了，房間很安靜，早飯品種不多但是味道不錯，比較推薦。

良かったです！とても良かった！ お部屋はコンパクトですが、全て揃っています。 ただ、前の宿泊者が冷蔵庫にバナナを置いていたのか、ものすごくバナナの匂いがして、バナナが苦手なため、辛かったです。 お湯の出も良く、何より湯船があったため、久しぶりに浸かり疲れを取りました、、🛁♨️ レセプションのおばさまも親切で優しかったです。 あと、何よりおすすめしたいのが、朝食🥞 野菜は一つもなかったのが、残念でしたが、食堂が可愛くスタッフのインド系の女性の方がとても印象良かったです。 スイスならではの生ハムやチーズ、バターもとても美味しかったです！

깨끗하고 숙소 룸안의 인테리어도 훌륭함. 욕조가 있어서 피로를 풀기도 좋았음. 근처 식당, COOP이나 미그로스도 있어 쇼핑이 편함. 침대도 편하고 방도 비교적 넓음. 다만 호텔 픽업이 안되는데 흠인데 속소가 체르마트역과 가까워 큰 불편이 없었음. 재방문의사 있음.
