Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is awesome! Love the DIY freshly squeezed orange juice . Room view is excellent. Room is very clean. Buffet has got sample chilli which is nice. Many types of cheese.

It is our honeymoon trip here, hotel decorated the room for us. Staff all very friendly and helpful, and we check out at 6:00am, hotel given us two breakfast set to take away😊😊, thank you so much!! Location just a few minutes away from the train station. The Room has a little kitchen, and can see the Matterhorn view.

Overall is good. The staffs were friendly & breakfast was good too.

Was here for our honeymoon and its the only hotel that provided the extra mile and service and gave us an upgrade. Location is just a few minutes away from the train. Room is spacious and even has a little kitchen. Thank you for having us! :)

The reception staff members are very friendly. The breakfast is superb! The room is spacious with a balcony overlooking the mountains. There is a well-equipped open kitchen in the room. However some waitresses at the restaurant always carry a poker face. Our room is on the 4th floor but the lift only reaches the 3rd floor, and so we had to climb some stairs with our luggages.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Hotel Arca Solebad & Spa ; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful and clean.

We arrived about 1300 and the hotel was able to provide a flexible early check-in -very good as it allowed us to do some afternoon sightseeing. Room was very good with nice features, space and amenities. Breakfast was excellent. Staff helpful and provided good local advice. Only poor note was that the pool was out of service, which was disappointing due to the inclement weather that occurred during our stay.

체르마트 역에서 너무가까워서 좋았습니다. 시설도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 특히 베란다가 있어서 바깥에 앉아서 구경할 수 있어서 좋습니다. 그리고 여긴 방 내부에 식기, 인버터, 싱크대 다 있어서 좋았어요

グリンデルワルト駅からも近いです。 スーパーもすぐ近くにあり、とても便利です。 なにより、フロントの方がとても親切です。 マッターホルンも見える部屋でとても良かったです。、

是我6月歐洲4國行中早餐最滿意，房屋也比較滿意的一家。歐洲現在特別貴，最後定的酒店都是2-4千之間。這家的早餐是最好的，餐廳環境不錯，種類豐富，麪包很好吃，還有新鮮榨的橙汁。爸媽很滿意。我們的房間陽台上可以看見馬特洪峯。酒店斜對面就是超市，很方便。離火車站也衹有10分鐘的路程。服務很好，人員都很nice

離車站不遠，去的時候是下坡可以自己拉着行李走，回來到車站還是叫了車，房間寬敞舒適又有廚房與陽台，超市coop及購物中心，上山的車站都很近，走路5分鐘左右就可以到，早餐很好吃
