房間可以看到山；伴山而建，林間小木屋的感覺。服務非常迅速，免費接送站。有無敵觀景台、温馨的bar和餐廳可以直接看馬特洪峯。早餐很精緻，好吃。尤其特別的是，從火車站走大概8分鐘就到山腳，酒店有山底隧道直通酒店，非常棒的體驗。

8月下旬、日本からツェルマットへ。 こちらのホテルに2泊しました。 チェックイン、アウト共にホテル↔︎ツェルマット駅の 無料送迎があり、とても助かりました。 (チェックインの日、ツェルマット駅にホテルの名前が書かれた車が停まっていたので、運転手さんに声をかけて、乗せてもらいました。チェックアウト後は、フロントから運転手さんに声がかかり、駅まで送ってもらいました) お部屋はマッターホルンビューで、とても快適に過ごせました。朝、昼、夜と、バルコニーから見える全ての景色に感動。スタッフのみなさんも親切で安心しました。 朝食も美味しく、朝食を食べるレストランの大きな窓からは、マッターホルンが見えて、とても美しい景色を堪能できました。またツェルマットに宿泊する際は、こちらのホテルに泊まりたいです。かなりオススメです！

服務非常貼心、耐心、熱情、主動，賓至如歸。 正對馬特洪峯，觀景非常棒！早餐品質很好，可以一邊用餐，一邊看馬特洪峯，用餐體驗很好。

Hotel equipped with a lift that goes into a tunnel leading directly to the road near the center. So you don't have to climb up. I recommend rooms with a view of the Matterhorn. It's a wonderful feeling to wake up when you can see this majestic massif outside the window. Delicious breakfasts are also served in the glass restaurant with an equally breathtaking view. Very nice and clean rooms and comfortable beds. I recommend.

This is our favorite hotel during our 2 week trip to Switzerland, the view of Matterhorn, the service, the breakfast and everything. We will definitely book this hotel again next time we visit Zermatt. I witnessed the sunrise over Matterhorn from my room; it was amazing!

Excellent service, absolutely the best view in Zermatt. Rooms well equipped and comfortable. Location perfect. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Large and very varied breakfast buffet. In house restaurant among the best in Zermatt. Highly recommended.

After-ski spa is a typical Zermatt delight. Not in this hotel! I booked based on a photo of the spa which gives the impression that there is a small pool. How misleading and what a disappointment when we got there! Just a couple of basic smallish whirlpool bathtubs. Never again… At the time of this writing, the infamous picture still appears on the hotel’s front spa webpage; it should clearly be removed.

No gym or spa as indicated, very small sauna and no other offerings, the staff were great , owners very superficial and didnt engage much, not like my last trip at Hotel Christiana, I defenitely prefer Christiana, nice owners, staff and offering, Schonegg just comes out short of what I had expected, not issues other than noisy, and not feeling welcome.

Don't stay in 104 as it only has a partial view of the Matterhorn. The terrace is dark and fairly miserable overlooking a flaking wall and a pile of snow. Rooms 204 205 and 102 are the same price and vastly superior.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful ! Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staff without exception -- whether the driver who picked us up at the train station, the check-in staff, the people serving in the restaurant or the cleaning staff -- were all warm and welcoming, helpful and professional, and always available for questions. The food in the hotel restaurant was so good, both tasty and artfully presented, that we sent our congratulations to the chefs. The restaurant windows look directly onto the Matterhorn. Guests can also dine or enjoy a leisurely drink on a wide terrace that also has a direct view of the famous peak. We highly recommend this hotel.

Best hotel we ever stayed at, bpth the service, view and rhe food :) thanks to the blonde man in the resturant giving us tips for mountain resturant for our walk from Blauherd :-) We had amazing view to the Matterhorn from our room, and had drinks at the balcony in the evening. Definetely coming back :)

Our group of 3 senior adults stayed several nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The hotel staff was most welcoming and helpful.....special recognition to Tanja on the front desk. The buffet breakfast each day was excellent with a wide variety of tasty food choices. We ate both snacks on the deck as well as a fine dinner in the restaurant. A portion of their dinner menu changes daily. All food is Swiss sourced. Wish we had known in advance that a complimentary shuttle service was available for rail station pickup to hotel.
