酒店很內外都很漂亮，房間大，有spa 桑拿健身房等設施，早餐好食。 非常接近冰川天堂纜車，但距離車站比較遠，有大行李需要提早打電話請酒店接送，行路去車站約15分鐘。 比較失望的是原本預約山景房，但一樓只看到一點點的山頂，要睇黃金日出還是要忍受寒冷跑出酒店外的木橋位置先可以睇到，同酒店相有大出入。

Fantastic 22 Summits Hotel in Zermatt! Excellent food and service. Friendly staff. Great spa after hike, bike or ski not only in winter! We had the room with amazing Matterhorn view, which was worth the money. We will return in this place obviously!

Good surprise in Zermatt, wonderful experience! The location is perfect, offering breathtaking views of the Matterhorn and easy access to hiking trails. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern amenities with cozy Alpine charm. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a balcony that provided stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The young lady in charge was very attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. We appreciated the shuttle car service from the train station, very helpful. The hotel's restaurant served a high quality breakfast. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which were perfect for relaxing after a hiking day.

This hotel, at the quiet end of the Main Street, is modern, new and comfortable. Once through the front lobby doors, guests are greeted by a mix of modern and warm Swiss decor. A small hotel bar is to the right of the entrance with seating inside and out. The check in desk was directly ahead. All reception staff were friendly and efficient. Our room, on the second floor had a balcony, king size bed, 2 desks, a tub and shower. Decor was modern and warm. Shower pressure was good and water was hot. Especially loved the tub after our all day excursion up the mountain to see the Matterhorn. Breakfast was superb and so was the lovely server. Location allows you the peace and quiet of being at the end of the street, but super close to all of the restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, although it could have been hotter. We would highly recommend this gem!

My father, myself and two sons (ages 9 and 11) just returned from an AMAZING week staying at 21 Summits. We had a fantastic time and would suggest that anyone going to Zermatt consider staying there. The hotel is a two block walk from the main gondola that goes out of Zermatt towards the Matterhorn. If you want to take the Gornergrat Railroad you do have to take a bus or local taxi, but there is no one place to stay in Zermatt that is walkable to everything unless you are are able to walk a mile in ski boots ( tough if you have kids with you!) We were essentially able to ski in and ski out every day and avoid the long bus lines. The hotel was lovely - newly constructed with all the amenities. All rooms have their own bathtubs and there is a nice hot tub on the deck. The ski lockers worked great. The hotel was always able to call a taxi quickly if we had to go somewhere. The only advice I would offer to people staying at 22 Summits is that they do not do dinner service in the hotel, so you may want to make reservations for dinner at night. I would absolutely go back to this hotel, and as a frequent traveler I feel like I have a high bar which 22 Summits exceeded.
