Beautiful property. extremely well-designed suites. Very friendly personnel. Excellent location for the Matterhorn view.
The room was tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed, excellent house cleaning services. Provide personal skincare product, especially the sheep soap that I love it ! Breakfast was also excellent.
I’d want to go there again ! :)

Amazing hotel and experience for my family and I who just visited for skiing. Staff were friendly and attentive. We had two dietary requirements in the group of gluten free and dairy free and it was never an issue. We stayed half board for the week and the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was amazing. I’m not sure you have ever heard people get that excited about the soup every night but we loved them all! Only comment I would have which is a comment I think all people have for ski hotels is it was really too warm in the bedrooms it would be great if it was possible to adjust and have it a little less hot! Thanks so much for an amazing stay we hope to return next year!

This was my second winter visit to the Europe Hotel & Spa, and I am already booked in for a return visit in the summer. The quality of the room, the ambience of the hotel, the excellent Wellness Area, the restaurant and the superb hotel team all made for an outstanding stay. Thank you.

We recently stayed at Europe Hotel & Spa Zermatt, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The room was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail made us feel right at home. The hotel is very kid-friendly, which was a huge plus for our family. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our children were happy—they were super friendly, incredibly helpful, and always ready to do whatever they could to make our kids smile. The ski room was user-friendly and well-organized, making it easy to gear up and head out for the day. We also enjoyed the wellness facilities, which were cozy and provided just the right amount of relaxation after skiing. The food was amazing, with every meal being a treat for the senses. It was clear the chefs take great pride in their work! The hotel's location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Bahnhofstrasse, perfect for shopping and dining, and very close to the Sunnegga Express, which made accessing the slopes effortless. Overall, this hotel has everything you need for a perfect stay in Zermatt, whether traveling with family or on your own. We can’t wait to come back—thank you to the incredible staff for making our trip so memorable!

We came for a short trip to get a glimpse of the beautiful mountains. Our trip was perfect in every way. From the start, our pickup from the train station in the mini electric bus, From the spotless rooms to the stunning views to the friendly staff. We will definitely come again.

We had an incredible stay at Europe Hotel & Spa Zermatt. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and the view of the Matterhorn from the balcony was simply breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and genuine care, making us feel right at home. The dining experience in the restaurant was exceptional, with delicious food and a cosy atmosphere that made every meal a delight. Everything about this hotel, from the stunning views to the attentive service, made our stay truly memorable. We can’t recommend it enough!

My wife and I are fortunate enough to have stayed in some of the finest resorts around the world. The Europe Hotel & Spa in Zermatt ranks right up there with some of the best. We chose their fifth floor panorama suite... the sole room on the top floor. From the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn, to the gorgeous appointments in the room, to the multiple towel warmers, opening skylights, and so much more, the room was nothing short of spectacular. Staff couldn't do enough to see to our every need. The spa was decadently appointed and such a nice touch. And since we chose half board, we got to experience the excellence which is their Orvis restaurant. And with the resort's great location, it's close to everything, but isolated from the noise of the main drag in the village. The owners are always around, explaining much of why there's such a degree of perfection here. Pick this great resort with total confidence for your next Zermatt stay.

The rooms are lovely and the view from our room was amazing the staff are lovely and very helpful the food is amazing and the service is also great each night is a different menu so there is always a surprise. It’s located in a nice part of zermatt near the cable car and train station so it’s easy to get up the mountain.
