Great location! In front of the station. Only 100 m can walk about 1-2 mins from the station. Very kindly and nice staff and owner. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and large. It feel like home with staff. I recommend you to stay in this hotel. If I come back Zermatt again, I’ll stay this hotel again. I’m in Snow storm disaster in Zermatt on 17th-19th April 2025. Thank you so much for your kindness to my family in this situation.🙏🏻🙃

I had a wonderful stay at this charming small hotel, beautifully decorated and conveniently located near Zermatt train station. During my stay, a snowstorm caused a power outage and all train services were suspended, making it impossible to leave the town. Despite these unexpected circumstances, the hotel took excellent care of us. They provided helpful information, allowed us to extend our stay without any additional charges, and showed incredible kindness throughout. The hotel owner was especially warm and accommodating, making a difficult situation much easier for us. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zermatt.

酒店在觀景台登山火車站側，亦在策馬特火車站3分鐘路程，位置冇得頂。在露台便可看到馬特洪峰，睇日出十分方便。早餐十分好吃；酒店客房不多，所以餐廳不大，也不多人，你可以安靜舒服地吃早餐。餐廳即使只有一位服務員，因住客不多，她能細心地招呼您。登山火車站側的商場便有大間的COOP超市，方便買食物；可在露台或房間悠閒享用晚餐（外出晚餐實在很貴）。

距離采爾馬特火車站步行三分鐘路程，房間乾淨整潔，酒店工作人員耐心熱情，就早餐稍微單調。

Just checked out from this hotel after staying for 4 nights. Very convenient location being near to the station, friendly staffs and clean, comfortable rooms. The lounge and breakfast area looks very cosy. Overall, it has been a nice experience for us.

This is very near the train station so I did not have to drag my luggage very far. However due to some roadworks the path to the hotel was not so clear. Still it was not that difficult to get to. The gentlemen on the first day was welcoming and helpful but did not speak very much English. Luckily I speak some Spanish. He helped me to my room even though there was an elevator. The room was clean and adequate size. The bed was comfortable. Lighting was adequate. There was a kettle and tea and even a fridge. The tv had English channels. The bathroom had a tub and heater. The heater worked the first night but subsequently did not work. Another lady staff on the second day came to my room when I complained about the heater not working. She put her hand to the heater and declared it was warm. Did she think I cannot feel that it was stone cold or is her hand not feeling the cold? Or maybe she just want to dismiss the issue for whatever reason. The room also had a heater but I did not use it. Still it was a good stay. Breakfast had variety and was good.

This hotel is modest, but comfortable, located less than 100m from the train station - turn left out of the main exit from the station, then right where a small sign on the right hand side of the road, indicates the Sarazena Hotel and walk down the alley way. Our room was on the ground floor and had a 'balcony area' to sit out on, but it was also opposite the station used for the train to Gornergrat. Fortunately, trains don't run too early or too late. The room was large, with a desk and chair and two armchairs and a coffee table, as well as plenty of room to put suitcases out of the way. The bathroom was functional, with a shower/bath and excellent water pressure. In the hotel, there is a lounge/bar area, but no restaurant. The breakfast room provided a simple, but sufficient breakfast of cold options. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Friends in Australia had contacted the hotel to advise that it was my birthday and the hotel arranged a birthday card with a message and some chocolates. A lovely touch, thank you.

Six of us stayed for two nights in three rooms and had a comfortable stay. We all had quiet rooms with a Matterhorn view from the balcony which also overlooked the Gornergrat train station. We could open the adjoining doors between the balconies which meant we could sit out with a drink in the evening together and enjoy our awesome view. Breakfast wasn’t extensive but it was good quality and we could have espresso. The staff were really friendly and the hotel had a lovely ambience. We would stay here again.

Superb chalet type hotel situated very near the station - less than 5 minutes away. Plus very convenient for the main street in Zermatt & all the restaurants. Absolutely spotlessly clean, delightfully furnished rooms. Very nice bathrooms and toiletries supplied. We had a balcony and wonderful views of the Matterhorn. Lovely fresh buffet breakfast with home made jams, yoghurts, meat, cheese, various breads & croissants etc I cannot advise you stay there enough. I will certainly be returning. Very nice lounge and bar for drinks & coffees.

From the moment we walked into this very comfortable hotel we felt at home. Our welcome from reception was warm and they had communicated with us brilliantly up until our arrival. It is a two minute walk from the main train station so location is perfect and it is a short stroll to the beautiful old town. Our room is very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great Stay. It had a wonderful balcony where we spent a lot of our time and a great bathroom including bath! Wi-Fi is free for unlimited devices and of a high quality. Our rate included breakfast which was buffet style and very good indeed. Lots of delicious local hams, cheeses and so on. The staff simply couldn’t do enough for you and we will definitely stay in this hotel again when we are next in town.
