總體來説酒店很棒，離火車站步行15分鐘。陽台就能看到馬特洪峯。因為洪水有點小插曲，攜程很用心的解決了問題。

I stayed here for a month, so I got a pretty decent beat on the place: Pros: You’re a 15 minute walk from Matterhorn express Cons: This is an apartment, not a hotel. There is no soap. And you are expected to clean the apartment. You are about a 30 minute walk from town, which is the most beautiful part of Zermatt. The apartment is much smaller than shown in the pictures. I never would have paid as much, had I known what it was. The owner is a stickler. On checkout, even after being there for 30 days, I expected to check out at 11AM, and he shows up at 9:30. “Get out,” he says. I asked - “please give me an hour,” not realizing a 9am checkout. “You don’t have it. Get out in 30 minutes”. He was rather rude? And throughout the stay, he had been rather rude even though I am a customer paying $260 per night.

Lovely, cosy hotel that’s a 3 min walk to the Furi lift (fastest way up the mountain). Super helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Good sized rooms. Very comfortable bed. Nice spa (steam, sauna). Excellent view of the Matterhorn. In the quiet winklematten area, a 15 walk into town or the free bus stops right outside the hotel (we always walked, which was nice). Not having to take a packed bus to the lift in the morning is a major plus. Just walk 3 mins to the ski shop, grab your skis and boots from the locker, and jump on the lift.

Great hotel experience at Hotel Mountain Paradise! Great location within walking distance to the town. Beautiful mountain views from the room. The staff is very nice and helpful. Nice breakfast provided each day with great views of The Matterhorn! Highly recommend!

Lovely wee place to stay in Zermatt and easy enough to get to from the train station using the bus. We were only here for one night as we were taking the Glacier Express but would have been nice to stay longer. They gave us a free upgrade to a Matterhorn view room with a balcony and the view was stunning! Service was really friendly and helpful and they also recommended a good restaurant that was just across the road which was also really good. Excellent breakfast set us up for the day! Would definitely recommend a stay here

Highly recommended. Nice walk into town. 20 minutes from train station. Awesome view of the mountain. Close to many high end restaurants. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Storage room for bags if you show up early. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Free access to beverages. Our room had a large shared terrace filled with snow. Was so fun. Nice waiting area with great view. This is the place for you.

Loved staying at this hotel. It was so clean and well/kept with a fantastic breakfast, comfortable bedding, friendly and helpful multi-lingual staff, quiet, and with the most wonderful view of the Matterhorn. It is nice to be on the far south side of town and near the lift to Furi (although it is a far but pleasant walk from the train station all the way across town). Breakfast buffet had incredible food and lounge area showing mountaintop conditions on big screen. There were ski racks, sauna, and steam bath available. The balcony was fantastic. Even the pillows were soft and comfortable for a wonderful nights sleep with our door cracked to let in the mountain air!

A three star hotel with 5 star accommodations and view Simply magnificent I have a perfect view from my room and my balcony of the Matterhorn Amazing Hotel Conditions are impeccable, staff is gracious helpful and accommodating A lesson in hospitality. Only one downside, it is on fringe of commercial area so free bus or taxi are a must to downtown but skiing is just is Literally just meters away Go and enjoy

We stayed just one night at the Hotel Mountain Paradise. I wish we had planned for 2 nights. To begin with, its kinda uphill walk from the train station but landed to nice, calming, and clean place. One can look at the bus schedule which has a stop right in front of the hotel. Taxi may charge 24/26 CHF. We were warmly welcome by Daniel who helped us with all the information I needed. The room was quite spacious, clean and the bathroom was decent size. Beyond everything the View of Matterhorn from our huge patio was spectacular. There’s a Sauna and steam room but we didn’t use it. Nice comforting Breakfast was in addition!. You can also pack a sandwich for a nominal charge. Daniel also helped us buying hiking poles from a sports store. Overall a warm, cozy stay with no frills and away from the chaos.
