The room is so spacious and the location is great. Very easy to access to many attractions. You can also rent a bike for free. The breakfast has local food options. Highly recommended!

It's a gem in Lukang old town, will be back when I visit Lukang again. I think minimum 2 nights in Lukang will be much better to savour all the yummy food in Lukang.

Service was excellent. Even though there was no parking on the premises, staff were efficient in helping us unload and directing us to the parking lots. Maps were provided for us, and important food and points of interest were introduced to us. Bicycles were also available for rental. I loved the room - clean and luxurious, especially the bed. Toiletries were wonderful - only tiny downside was that the door hole to the shower could be cleaner. We had breakfast in the hotel, and that was definitely the right decision. Items from famous local shops were brought in as part of the options for the breakfast.

首次來鹿港感受懷舊芳華的古鎮，靠近龍山寺，意樓，十宜樓等古蹟，週邊糕餅肉包等美食特產點林立，永樂酒店的地理位置真的是絕佳！步行均可到達！實在是來鹿港的首選飯店！ 另最感動的是車一停飯店門口，飯店人員馬上相迎，不論男女飯店同仁都主動且親切幫提行李，Chick in時也幫忙確認填寫知會，確認房號後還隨至電梯處提醒！真的是很注重細節的超棒飯店！此次永樂酒店體驗；真的是超越以往其他更高星級親子飯店的體驗感受，下次來鹿港絕對仍是首選永樂酒店！

飯店服務人員的態度相當良好，但是客房清潔有待加強（浴缸上留有前一位住宿者的毛髮、床頭灰塵厚重、部分髒污都是用櫃子遮擋），還有飯店設施要使用都需要透過申請才可使用，覺得相對麻煩！

四星級飯店，地點佳，食物美味，還能吃到在地小吃，客房規劃用心，可以看到貼心的設計，服務親切，給人五星級飯店的感受
