Zhangjiajie Yuhua Xiaoshe Homestay (Railway Station Tianmenshan Cableway Station) recensioner

Our stay was ok. Not great, not bad. We switched to a bigger, nicer room after seeing the tiny room we booked. Beds are pretty hard and front desk lady is gone 1/2 the time if you need help. Close to cable car for Tianmen and food.

The room is very big. Mattresses a little hard to me. The location is great. Very near to Tianmenshan cable car stations. Lots of restaurants, convenience stores and street vendors.

There was a horrible smell in the shower, especially after using it. Additionally, there was only one shower towel provided. We were also taken to a different homestay than what we had originally booked. It looked nothing like the pictures.

Loved the property and its location you really get a feeling of the city and its environment. You are perfectly located to find amazing restaurants varying in prices and cuisine. I loved staying here and got to see a unique part of town. Can’t wait to visit again 🤍🤍🤍

Just 5 minutes by foot to Tianmen Mountain cable car station. Some restaurants and supermarkets next door. The owner was very friendly and helped us booking the tickets to the mountain. We could leave our baggage in the hotel while we visited the mountain.

Even though we were only staying for one night, the host went above and beyond to help us secure discounted tickets to Tianmen mountain, provided helpful tips on the mountain and stored our luggage for a few hours after check out. The location was great and only about 3 minutes walk to the downtown Tianmen mountain cable car. Highly recommend!

This hotel very close to the Tianmenshan cablecar.. good place clean and the owner very very friendly.. me and my family very happy to stay there.. but we not plan from far to go to zhangjiajie.. so we don’t know it’s not enough to stay only 1 day.. but we already booked train tickets for tomorrow.. so not enough time.. i suggest this hotel it’s very good!! But you must to booking tickets for going up from far and ready from morning..

Very nice area to stay in Zhangjiajie, the staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable.

Room was big and we got a nice terrace, we had dinner there with some waimai foods.

The place was near Tianmen cable way and west railway.... the room was clean and comfortable. The owner was friendly and hospitable.... recommendable place

I booked the place because of the good reviews, but I guess I got very unlucky because my stay was disappointing. Girl on the front desk speak very little English. She was no help, but nice. Most of the time there was no one at the desk and only nice old lady and 3 kids hang around. There was a lot of noice and loud voices at night and kids just run around and scream. Place is also not that clean, but maybe it seems that way because it’s old and need some serious renovation. I would not recommend western people to stay there.

The big bedroom is clean and spacious, close to many restaurants and also close to Tianmen Moutain Cable. The owner provides very good service. Provide assistance in every aspect The price is not expensive at all but the service received is very impressive. I recommend it.
