Big and nice Family room. Very kind people, great service, the manager could speak in English, and helped us figure out our itinerary for Zhangjiajie, gave us suggestions too,

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, and the staff was extremely kind. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The location is magnificent. A huge thank you to Andy, the lobby manager, who accompanied us throughout our stay. He advised and guided us through the various activities available nearby. We are very happy and highly recommend the hotel !

Travel in China can be a little challenging for foreigners, but the hotel staff made everything easier, helping with information, reservations, and tips to enjoy the trip. The hotel itself was impressive, comfortable, and very clean. Thanks, Manager 思宇 and hotel team.

The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Their hospitality truly made our trip special!

Good service and quality for what you pay

Okay for the price but kind of outdated. Service was good but not overwhelming.

The hotel is amazing, service, cleaness and facility wise We absolutely satisfied. The breackfast was included and was international and Absolutely delicious. Great variety. The only thing that upsad us was, the fact that tbe swiming pool didn't workbut other wise the hotel is like palace. Its 15 min drive from the main attraction, so wherever wr go we use a taxi. We had 2 nights and 3 days, was amazing taht we visited Avatar mountain and the glass bridge along with so many other activities

Very nice location in Zhangjiajie and the room had the scenic Mountain View with bath tub and really liked the stay and also had a vast range in breakfast will recommend to stay whenever you are in Zhangjiajie

Excellent rooms and services

The place was nice, cleaning staff were friendly and courteous. But had Difficulty finding transportation to attractions area.

Our flight was cancelled and only rescheduled a day later, we decided to stay at this hotel for its luxury amenities and facade. We were very wrong to book a room at this hotel. This hotel looks luxurious but it is far from it. The hotel is falling apart and many of the advertised amenities do not work or are suspended. We specifically booked a room at this hotel to spend the day at the pool only finding out the next day that the pool opens at 2pm and we are supposed to check out at 3pm. Also the room and bathroom fixtures are breaking off and the hot water wasn't working when I wanted to take a shower at 10am. Also the inside of the hotel was blistering hot as they do not turn on the air-conditioning in the hotel lobby, restaurant or corridors. The room air conditioning was also atrocious we put the room temperature on the coldest but it didn't really work. The breakfast was also very low budget as the selection was very limited for western pallets. The view and location of this hotel looks amazing but do not be deceived by the facade as this hotel is terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel is going out of business and you will only waste your money.

Great place. Absolutely fantastic. We didn’t have a room with a perfect view but we had an amazing room nonetheless and was surrounded by the beautiful mountains. And the clerks were amazing. Truly helpful and friendly with everything. If you’re travelling talk to the taxi drivers (provided you can speak Chinese) they can help you organise a lot better than any travel agent as they know the city. And this was amazing advice the clerks also confirmed.
