Zhangjiajie Tianyuan Hotel (Tianmenshan Branch)

Smelled like cigarettes, was humid and the toilet was emitting some unpleasant smell after you flush. The towels were stained and the bed had a some crumbs on it. Mattress was hard. It wasn’t very pleasant to sleep there. The window was facing a wall. The conditions of the room justify its good location and low price.

Nothing to complain about, for such a cheap price, it was perfect. + Near the Railway station and the cable way

Very well placed hotel in the center of Zhangjiajie. Close to cable car to Tianmen mountain. Restaurants and shops all around. Kind guy at reception.

Good place to stay! Just a little bit rusty, especially in the shared parts, like the stairs. The desk employee is really kind and it has great location! Really near the bus station to go to the National Forest Park.

Came back to stay here again in the special single room. It’s basic with shared bathroom but has everything one needs while travelling. I’d stay here again anytime

Very basic with no natural light. Very run down and stains on the walls. However, we got an upgrade to a room with a bathroom (which was unpleasant and moldy).
