A Journey with Mountain , Wind & Hope recensioner

Vi bokade detta hotell för vår vistelse i parken. Det första är att hotellet har ett mycket bra läge, nära en av ingångarna till parken, bara 5 minuters promenad bort. Servicen och uppmärksamheten från ägarna var oöverträffad. Från uppmärksamheten före ankomst till hotellet (de reserverade biljetter för oss till parken, hotellets läge, allt genom Wechat) till uppmärksamheten under vår vistelse och även efteråt. De är väldigt mycket uppmärksamma på allt du behöver. De ger dig mycket goda råd om att besöka parken och göra det bästa av tiden du har. Å andra sidan, prata om faciliteterna: hotellet är vackert, allt inrett med mycket god smak, nytt och till standarder som mer än hälften av europeiska hotell skulle vilja ha. Renlighet är oklanderlig. För allt ovanstående skulle jag definitivt rekommendera detta hotell till alla besökare som kommer till Zhangjiajie Natural Park för att göra sin vistelse till en mycket trevligare plats. Om du också är europeisk, uppfyller detta hotell mer än standarden. Det har varit en succé och jag tackar uppriktigt dess ägare för uppmärksamheten. Slutligen skulle jag vilja säga att det finns många alternativ för att äta och shoppa i närheten, till och med en matmarknad på gatan tvärs över gatan som är utsökt.

Mycket trevlig vistelse. Rummet är vackert, bekvämt och mycket välutrustat. Personalen är uppmärksam och rekommenderade en bra väg för att besöka Zhangjiajie Park. TACK!

Modern and very clean with convenient location - super staff We can highly recommend the «A Journey with Mountain, Wind & Hope » accommodation. Very modern little hotel with light decor, good facilities and a super staff! Please be reminded that this review is based on that this is a local hotel and not a four or five star big hotel. Rooms: the rooms are spacious, very clean and has modern interior. They have big windows and the possibility to open a smaller part of the window if you like fresh mountain air. The room also have good heating and air conditioning. Location: the location is very good. About 5 - 10 minutes from Zhangjiajie East Gate. There are several restaurants and small shops in the vicinity. It is also close to the bus station (5 -10 min walk). There are frequent buses from downtown Zhangjiajie. So you can easily reach Tianmen Mountain and the high speed railway station. Buses are also easy to reach for the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. Service: The staff is super. They can provide different kind of tourist information and maps. Very helpful! English is a little limited if you are international traveller, but it was no problem using translator programs. We had a very good stay and were very happy with the experience at the hotel «A Journey with Mountain, Wind & Hope»

Love this hotel. Very Good location , close to east gate, about ten minutes walking. A lot restaurants around .. Room is new ,clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful . The owner is a very nice lady , warm hearted and very helpful. She introduced nice restaurants, helped us get discounted tickets , helped us plan every day’s schedule, explained the detailed route …

One of the best hotels in China where I have been. Very very friendly owners, helped to make a route. The room is not very big, but very cozy, GREAT AIR CONDITIONING which will not let you freeze at night in winter, next to the entrance to the park. Everything is new. Of the moments - the hotel has 4 floors, if you have difficulty climbing the stairs, it is better to ask in advance for a room on the 2nd floor.

To all foreign travellers, this is the best place you could stay in wulingyuan! The hosts were absolutely fantastic, patiently helping us purchase tickets, translating instructions on the route for each day we were there, recommending restaurants and even getting discounts for a few stores. They were so lovely that our stay here has left my husband and I with really positive memories of a great experience. The hotel itself is cute, great location on the strip, with a view of the stream and the night street food market. Only 6 mins walk to the park gate. The room was super clean with the required amenities. I really enjoyed having modern and smart facilities such as a bidet, automatic blinds and great air con (not easy to find in China as you would think). Really enjoyed our stay here, would stay again in a heartbeat and would recommend.

Extremely clean, comfortable and a very modern room. It is located just a few minutes away from the East Gate. The street in front of the hotel becomes a food street at night! You also get discounts for the Nature Park ticket if you purchase from the hotel. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and hospitable and we even got a late check out!

Room is super clean. Hosts are very friendly, polite and super helpful. Upon checkin, the host provided us with the map and explained patiently on how to cover the places of interest in Zhangjiajie. They make sure your stay with them is comfortable and feel at home. We have never felt so relaxed chatting and drinking their specially brewed tea together with the hosts. This minsu is near to the eating street and many restaurants. Also, this stay is walking distance to 东门. Super convenient!! Not to forget, the housekeeping auntie is also friendly and polite. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!

Great service, great facility, good price, the hotel did help us a lot in planning the trip and gave us a tea bottle as a gift. The hotel doesn't have a lift but the staff is willing to help with the luggage to your room.

This place was way beyond our expectations! Very good location and room is spacious and clean. There was even a bathtub! Place was very new and renovated well, room design is thoughtful and owner is very approachable and helpful as well. She got us tickets for the sites at a cheaper rate and explained to us how to visit the scenic areas too. Definitely will recommend this place !!

Jus perfect! The owner is nice, the room is well located. The only thing that could be improved is to avoid smoking in the lobby.
