Very nice and helpful stuff! The lady told us everything about Tianmen Mountain Park. The room was big enough, with bathtub and fantastic view to Tianmen Mountain.

My stay at this hotel was more than just comfortable—it was genuinely memorable thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the owners and staff. While the facilities were decent and met all expectations, it was the attitude and care from everyone at the hotel that truly made the difference. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure I had a stress-free and enjoyable experience. They provided a well-planned itinerary for each day, helped me secure tickets for attractions, and were always available with advice or assistance. What impressed me most was on the evening of my checkout—they personally delivered my luggage to the railway station so I could fully enjoy my last day in Zhangjiajie without worrying about a thing. It’s rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie—it's not just a place to stay, it’s a place that makes your trip smoother and more enjoyable from start to finish.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Rooftop Hotel with Breathtaking Views! Staying at this rooftop hotel was an unforgettable experience! The stunning views of Tianman Mountain from my room were absolutely mesmerizing—waking up to such beauty in morning was a dream. Plus, watching planes take off and land at the nearby airport added a unique charm. The room was spacious, clean, and perfectly positioned to maximize the panoramic scenery. Whether sipping coffee at sunrise or relaxing at sunset, the vista never disappointed. The mattress was absolutely a bit hard for my liking, but overall, 99% loved the room. The combination of mountain serenity and airport energy made this stay truly special. I love the street food, and everything was written within walking distance. And unforgettable experience Wish I had more time to stay but I have to return to Canada, Unfortunatel.y😊 Highly recommend for anyone seeking a hotel with unbeatable views and a memorable experience!

The carelessness from hotel staff to help in detail how the tourist can perform the best of the best visit in Tianmen Mountain and the Zhangjiajie Nacional Park is excellent, promoting the best experience based in excellent support.

Very nice and friendly hosts! They will carefully plan the itinerary for you and really always available to help! Area is near to Tianmen Shan and if you follow the route recommended by the hosts, will save you alot of time and money. Wil definitely stay here again if have chance and will recommend to others who are looking to stay at ZhangJiaJie!

Amazing view, very clean and stylish room. The receptionist was extremely helpful for our visit of Tianmenmountain, and also for finding good local restaurants. The terrace was perfect for a bear and cigarette with an amazing view of Tianmenmountain and the city. The breakfast was also not bad. I enjoyed the lively neighborhood and the warm greeting at the reception, very much recommend staying here.

room was comfy, sink was separated from the shower which was great. Most importantly, owners were super friendly! they gave us very clear directions and instructions on how to explore the attractions which was very useful and helped to arrange for driver.

The owner was amazing, she is the kindest woman. She explain in detail how to visit Tianmen montain. I felt so welcome. The room is perfect, clear air condition, you got market and food 1 min from hotel.

The family that runs the hotel is more than helpful. They saved breakfast food for me. They walked me through the routes I should take on each day. They booked each ticket for me. They drove me to the bus station. When I missed breakfast one morning, they brought me to a restaurant with local food and paid for it! Ultimately, the service is beyond 5 stars. The hotel is also a short walk to the Tianmen Mountain cablecar. The only aspects I was disappointed by was how hard the bed was, along with the thinness of the pillows. The shower head only spewed water out of the perimeter, making it slightly annoying to efficiently shower.

The hotel staff/manager, I can’t describe how helpful they are… they go beyond. The hotel location was weird, I don’t know how I can describe it.. the room was fine, the bathroom needs a very good deep cleaning from to top to the bottom. The reception area, the same, deep cleaning, organization e make up… the breakfast, there wasn’t any… only few boiled eggs and dumplings, we didn’t eat there. But if you don’t mind anything like that the place is for you.

The hotel is located a ten minute walk from the Tianmen Mountain cable car station, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff was very kind: they recommended the attractions to visit in Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie Park, giving us a map with all the directions. The room was spacious, good value for money. The breakfast did not have a great variety but very good. Unfortunately the terrace is not well maintained, it would have a beautiful view of the mountains.

It is a very good hotel, but thy need to have a better information where the hotel lokation.is It is in down town

Great service from host, pick us up from HAR station for free with nice merz 7seater car, room was perfectly arranged with new renovation only downside was the bathroom floor gets soaked with water because the drainage towards the drainpipe hole likely did not have enough slope towards it , will definitely re visit again
