1. Jag är mycket missnöjd Klockan 11:30 mitt i natten reparerade jag fortfarande det varma vattnet i badrummet Receptionen sa att hotellet reparerade det och att det skulle vara bra på 5 minuter. Men barnet tog ett kallt bad. Klockan 9:30 hade barnets pappa fortfarande inget varmvatten när han tog en dusch. Han ringde receptionen och receptionen sa att han skulle skicka en tekniker för att kolla upp det senare, men det visade sig att det inte var det. tillgänglig vid 10-tiden. Klockan 10 kunde inte barnets pappa vänta längre, så han tog en kalldusch till, men underhållsmannen kom nu det. 2. Atour borde vara ett hotell med bra service, men receptionen log inte alls som om de var skyldiga pengar. När jag först checkade in, fanns det oljefläckar på bordet. Det fanns inget kaffe i tebaren, så 2 tomma koppar tillhandahölls.

Först och främst är pris/prestanda-förhållandet genomsnittligt. Mer än 600 rum kommer inte med frukost, vilket är en bummer gammalt hotell och måste gå tillbaka... Det rekommenderas att inte välja att bo här.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, just a short walk from the main Tianmen Mountain cable car and many great restaurants. Reception staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. Xiaoyu, in particular, went out of her way to help us. The facilities were among the best we've encountered on our trip, and the beds were very comfortable. There were lots of things to choose from in the buffet breakfast, including excellent coffee. There is a bowl of free porridge on offer from 21:30 to 23:00. We had an awesome view of the mountains and cablecar from our room and the restaurant. The bathrooms afforded a welcome level of privacy in a twin room. Ample bottled water was available. We booked through trip.com (Ctrip) and the process was seamless. The laundry facilities were spotless and the washers and dryers were fast and efficient.

G’day! I am from Australia. Amazing and exciting accommodation exoerience with this newly opened hotel (opened in 2024). Excellent layout with spacious bedroom and lounge area. I am deeply impressed by many details offered by this hotel, such as a modern toilet (automatic flushing system, night light and smart toilet seat), complimentary fruit, biscuits, water, and motorised curtain. Washing machines and dryers on the second floor *free service* (the staff can deliver your laundry to your room; remember to leave your room number!) Free porridge is offered from 9:00pm to 10:00pm (can’t remember the exact time, though, please check with the staff). The hotel receptionists are polite and friendly. There are plenty of books and seats in the lobby where you can read/borrow while waiting for your buddies or family. Good value for money, clean and comfortable, good service. Will come back. Happy to recommend ZhangJiaJie Tianmen Mountain Guanli Road Atour Hotel!

I have always been a fan of this hotel chain and always try to stay here when I get a chance. I was so happy to see they have multiple locations at Zhangjiajie! The rooms are very spacious clean, and I had a beautiful view of Tianmen Mountain! There was also a super big tv which was nice to watch after long days of sightseeing. Each day the room was cleaned and stocked up with water, snacks, and tea. This location is super good as it’s directly in front of the central bus station that can take you to the avatar mountains. It is also a 10 minute walk to the cable car so it’s so easy to visit any place here. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to the railway station, and 25 minutes to the high-speed train station. The breakfast was very nice and also at 9:30 to 11 PM. They have a nice late night snack meal prepared between 21:30-23:00 (congee and steamed buns).

First time staying in Atour hotel. The room design is simple and elegant. Like it so much that we decided to cancel the booking on other premises in my subsequent destinations. Overall experience in Atour brand is impressive. This brand will be my first choice whenever I visit the country again.

All are good especially the reading area and breakfast. Only room size slightly smaller and near to traffic where easily wakeup by HORN from vehicles.
