I would give infinity/10 for this place. The room is amazing, clean, nice design. It is very near to south gate which is convenient to explore the park. The service is the best that i have ever experienced. The staff entertained me when we want snacks and she drove us to the mini market. She even helped planning our trip. She even helped ordering taobao items for me. I love it so much. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is practically new, very beautiful and well furnished. We were warmly welcomed, and the staff arranged free transportation from the airport just for us. Every day they advised us on what to do and even accompanied us to the entrance of the park. The rooms were very spacious and beautiful. Dinner was also good, although the prices are a bit high compared to the Chinese average. Breakfast was also good and plentiful; for a longer stay it might get a little repetitive, but for a few days it’s perfectly fine. Overall, highly recommended and our stay was excellent.

We were extremely pleased with our accommodation! We took a 1 hour car ride up the mountain (it was covered in our hotel rate). The hotel managers were really nice, and had so much patience with us. Our room is on the outside of the hotel - with 2 rooms (with doors) within, great for group of friends like us. However do note that one of the room’s bathrooms have translucent glass panels (so you need to be with friends whom you trust 😆). Breakfast in the morning was huge, dinner was good but a little to the pricier side cause this accommodation is on the mountain and there are pretty much no other options for you. Hotel is 3 mins drive away from North Gate of ZJJ national park. They were also so nice to book our tickets for us.. especially letting us know too in advance, that the tickets to Tian Men Shan need to be booked early. They also helped to plan our routes for us over nice tea at the lobby. Very enjoyable and I would recommend this place if you like serenity.

If there is more than 5 stars and 10/10 I will give for sure … I tried many hotels before but same this experience I didn’t had .. the hotel taking extra care of us from airport in the transport until the last end back to airport .. place and the location is perfect for relaxation. About the transport the hotel helped us and they have their luxuries cars . The technology in the rooms is nice .. the staff in hotel each one are helpful . The food very nice and making what food you want. Very comfortable and the swimming pool and barbecue area is amazing . The decoration is talented and very nice are and new . It was from the best of the best experiences I lived before. Thank you

We were so impressed with this hotel and their service. This new hotel just opened in October 2024. Our experience started from Airport pick up, drop on and off to Zhang Jia Jie National Park Gate ( only 2 mins away). Their food were presented very well, fresh and the taste is way better in restaurant around the village areas. The room is provided with Chinese AI, we had alot of fun playing around with it. All their staff were very friendly and helpfull. Especially Xiao Zhong was always in His best service. Highly recommended hotel.

Very new and clean hotel. Near the north gate. The hotel reception contacted us as soon as we booked the room. They arrange d to pick us up at the train station free of charge and also drop us back after our stay. The hotel staff is excellent especially the receptionist Tian Mimi. She made our stay much more enjoyable.

We selected this boutique hotel primarily for its proximity to the North Gate, which offers a more convenient and less crowded entry into the park. The hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle service, as well as free transportation to and from the North Gate. I highly recommend arranging a tour guide through the hotel in advance, as this can significantly enhance your experience and optimize your time exploring the park. I would rate this hotel five stars for its outstanding service. The staff exemplifies the warmth and attentiveness characteristic of genuine Eastern hospitality.

Beautiful and peaceful place, staff are friendly, service are great. 8 of us,  all enjoyed our stay . 2 nights are best option , so you can travel against traffic and cover all attractions in ZhangJia Jie National park.

I visited with my Chinese friend, who managed the coordination with hotel staff. The staff coordinated our pickup, drop off, and even luggage delivery when we decided to enter and leave the national park from different sides. The hotel is very nice and new and situated in an authentic town with not much nearby, which is very big contrast from the city. Most amazing was the route planning by hotel staff, who also sorted our tickets to the national park. We were able to miss all the major congestions inside the park and really really enjoyed a VIP experience by touring smartly. Overall this is a great stay, though knowing Chinese, or the ability to communicate and plan via WeChat pre-arrival is very critical.

If you are interested in going to the Zhangjiajie Forest Park (and you should be) this hotel gives you a superpower: access to the north gate. Almost everyone else comes from the other gates, which means you will be nowhere near the crowds for the first hour and a half or so of the park's opening. If you know anything about Chinese crowds, you will understand how important this is. The hotel itself is wonderful. Our room was beautiful, the staff was proactive and incredibly helpful, and the small number of rooms means the grounds are quiet. They will help you plan everything and secure you ticket discounts whenever possible. If you're a spontaneous person, it may not be for you. There aren't many other businesses around and you will be asked to order meals and plan other things well in advance. This was not a problem for us, but if it's not to your liking you may want to stay somewhere less rural.

Excellent, efficient and family like service .  The staff make you feel at home . The chef cooks delicious food. They even check if we have safely reached our next destination.

這家民宿靠近森林公園北門，也是這片最高端的民宿。無論是硬件配套還是軟件服務，都非常給力。雖然價格比周邊的民宿和客棧要貴一些，但絕對物超所值。民宿自帶餐館，聽老闆説，特意請了一個大廚燒菜，水平甩街邊餐飲店好幾條街。早餐確實很贊，是我住過的民宿裏吃的最好的早餐，沒有之一。強烈推薦！民宿還自帶一個泳池，喜歡游泳的朋友有福了。

這次入住這裏非常滿意，一下訂單就會有管家聯繫，瞭解到我們是坐飛機到給我們安排了免費接機服務，酒店在森林公園北門，去北門也有路虎車接車送，車程也就兩分鐘左右，北門進去完全不用排隊，體驗感極強，酒店服務態度超級好，一舉一動都充滿了專業性和親和力，酒店的菜也燒的很好吃😋，總的來説 得到的不衹是一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，還有人間煙火！
