I love this hotel. Very comfy and modern. The staff are friendly. There are lots of freebies such as tea and coffee at the lobby lounge, free washing and dry machine. The gym size is quite decent. The quality of the stay is beyond my expectation.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Very rarely have a faultless hotel stay, but this is as good as it gets! I arrived 3hrs before check-in and only planned to ask about luggage storage, but they let me check-in immediately! The room was fabulous. I did wonder if they upgraded me as the room seemed far bigger than what I thought I’d booked. The furnishings and amenities were top quality, it was completely clean and I had an incredible view of Tianmen mountain! Staff spoke very basic English but enough to get by, and the service was immaculate. Every member of staff would smile and say hello. Other points: - Breakfast was great with a wide variety of food - Location couldn’t be better - right next to the bus station, with plenty of food options nearby, and only 5 mins walk from the cable car station - As things stand, I don’t think this hotel exists yet on several mobile map apps, but not much of an issue Overall, this is the perfect choice of hotel for Zhangjiajie and amazing value for money.

I stayed here for 2 night in late Nov 2024. The staff were welcoming us with warm smile & guidance. Ms. Hau help us upgrade my booking to a highest floor that enable us enjoying a cozy room.Thank you so much. The room was clean & daily necessities refilled adequately. The showering was good & the best thing was self-laundry which worthy us giving additional Credit. The breakfast was fair; limited variety & the corn drink was my favor. Hotel staff coordinated a local travel agent for us & made our travel plan become much easier.But their pillows were the worst things that spoiled my refreshment. This hotel would be my choice of next trip.

Great selection during breakfast, reception staff speaking some basic English, room was nice with mountain view but noisy from the outside. Generally speaking, worth recommending.

I love this hotel! It was super clean and my room looked brand new. Had everything in it or nearby. The guest services were super nice and helpful. My “DoorDash” app wasn’t working so they helped me order food and had the robot bring it to me. The hotel is in great location. If you wanted to go to Tianmen Mountain, the cable car literally drops you back off in the city center and it’s a 5 min walk back to the hotel. & leaving was easy because the airport was literally 10 mins away.
