This hotel is in the perfect location to visit Tianmen Mountain! Really nice anc clean room and a warm welcome from the little friend in the pictures😂

Very helpful staff, let us store our luggage a few days before our reservation when we were staying in a different hotel in Zhangjiajie Forest Park. The room was very clean but there was a weird smell from the drain in the bathroom. The view was nice, probably on a sunny day you can see Tianmen Mountain. The hotel is very close to the Tianmen Mountain Cable Car.

Very good location - the hotel is located across the street from the Tianmen Mountain cable car station and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. You can see the cable cars from your room. There is also a cute border collie that hangs out in the lobby. I was unable to get hot water in the morning of my second stay though and the water pressure overall was quite weak.

I have mixed feelings with this hotel.
Pros: The location is just in front of tianmens cableway, you just cross the street; you can wash and dry your clothing here; the hotel and the room was so pretty! We were really comfortable.
Cons: Staff didn't really seem to care about who enters or who does what, they won't even greet you; halls and elevator were really dirty and the 5th floor look kinda still under construction.
In general great stay and great value for your money!

The hotel was in a beautiful location and the hosts were very considerate and gave me a lovely gift and also afternoon tea. They were really generous. I would love to come back to this hotel every time. They gave me roses for my wife since we are on our honeymoon. Thank you very much to them.

Very good location. Walking distance to Tianmen cableway, a lot to do nearby ( restaurants, massages, supermarkets). Hotel provided with free luggage storage for my trip to Furong. Helpful staffs.
