Room is spacious and receptionist is helpful and responsive. The environment of the hotel is little bit strange. Some Chinese are smoking in the elevator is rude and smell is not appropriate for those who have travel with children.

2) good service. The hotel can help you booked the tickets for all the attractions without extra costs i.e. same as you buy from the tourist attraction spot directly.
3) walking distance to Tianmenshan national park cable car station i.e mountain with a big hole that the aeroplane fly past before. About 8 to 13 mins depending on how fast you walk.
4) surrounded by eateries and busy night street

The bathroom require proper cleaning. It was noisy with renovation work in the building. Reception was Great, explained the tour area with detail map.

Very reasonable price for spacios & nice rooms. The service is good. The lady in reception gave tips ＆ helped plan how to enjoy Tianmen Mountian better.
Locations is convenient .

The room was big and with great views and clean. It is close to the cableway to go to tianmen mountain. The women in the reception was really nice

Good location - next door to city bus station for rides to Zhangjiajie National Forest and Grand Canyon. Short walking distance to Tianmen Mountain Cableway station. Both host/owners very friendly and helpful on planning information to parks. Also helped provided access to do a load of laundry. Towels and water replaced daily. Overall a very good experience.

The location is conveniently located right next to the railway station and bus station. The room we stayed in also had nice view of the tianmenshan cable car.

hotel manager is very friendly and happy to support. hotel provided many amenties and booking service for tianmen san and fairy fox show + pick up and drop off service to the show. Hotel location is very near to bus station and taxi station very convinience. Room is large and comfortable
