Huge rooms and great location for cableway, train station (NOT high speed - that’s a 20min taxi away), and bus station. Friendly front of house. Not the hotels fault but if you’re looking to stay soon ask for a room away from the right hand side (as you walk down the hallway) as there’s building works happening next door and they start each day at 7/8am even weekends. Otherwise pack ear buds. Wish they had on site laundry service.

Really nice hotel with spacious room, views of the Tianmen moutain and walking distance to the cablecar to this mountain. The owner was the most welcoming and nice person. Would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Zhangjiajie.

We chose this location as it was a 15 to 20 minutes walk away to get to the Tianmenshan cableway station. Spacious, clean room. Very lovely and attentive staff.

With the price that we had paid, the room come w two king size bed. It is really value for money. The location is good , near to the Tianmen cable car station, also Bus station located at the train station. Easy for us to travel to town and visit the 72 storey special tower. The lady boss n her brother are very helpful n provide us w good guidance to visit Tianmen mountain.

Room is spacious and receptionist is helpful and responsive. The environment of the hotel is little bit strange. Some Chinese are smoking in the elevator is rude and smell is not appropriate for those who have travel with children.

The location is strategic in the city. Near to tianmenshen cable car and bus station. easy to find halal foods. Rooms are big and comfortable.

Super nice person at the front desk who helped me plan successful trips to Zhangjiajie Forest and Tianmen Mountain. Location is very convenient for the Tianmen Mountain cable car and the busses to Zhangjiajie Forest. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood.

I stayed here with my family (Apr 12-13). It is also known as Kai Cheng Hotel. We booked 2 triple bed rooms and it was very spacious. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were large and clean. I think the plumbing might be a little older but still works. The hotel is located on the 5th floor of a building complex about a 10 min walk from the Cable Car Station. There are technically 2 entrances to the floor. The woman working the reception was incredibly nice and helpful during our stay. We needed to book a car to take us to Wulingyuan and she was able to arrange that for us. We had many questions that she was able to answer for us. The location of the hotel is in a good location with good food options across the street. I would stay here again or recommend this hotel.

Very well located, near the Tianmen Cableway Station and the Central Bus Station where you can get buses to the Zhangjiajie Forest. Very big room. Although the owner didn't speak English, we communicated with the translator without issues. The hotel is in a building wich has several other hotels. Entrance is via a side door and you have to take the first elevator. KC=Kaicheng (it appears as Kaicheng in some maps applications (like Amap)

The signpost of the location of hotel wasn’t clearly obvious. We had trouble looking for it.  The staff (receptionist and an elderly man) were very very friendly.  The room is spacious and clean.  Only thing is the amenities like body wash.. only a small satchel per room even though there were 2 of us.  We’d to request for more. I would recommend this hotel. It is within walking distance to the Tianmen cable way station and also close to a bus station.

Less than 10 minutes walk to the cable car station. The building looks old, and there are several hotels in the same building on different floors. Rooms were clean. There are restaurants nearby and taxis are easily available.
