What a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the crowds of Zhangjiajie. We loved this hotel which is slightly out of town and so quiet and serene. The rooms are tastefully decorated, as are the common areas. Staff are really helpful and the owner, Mr Wu, helped us sort out tickets and suggested itineraries. Breakfast was hearty and differed from day to day. We also ate dinner in the hotel as after a day walking in the mountains couldn't be bothered to look elsewhere. The food was really good. Being out of town ended up being a blessing, not a hindrance, as Mr Wu dropped us off and picked us up from nearby park gates every day. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want some peace and quiet and a place to listen to the birds singing.

Absolutely exceptional!
The design is beautiful, a tone i would like to create in my own home in the future.
The family who own and run the home stay go above and beyond with transport, food, guiding and any of our unique asks.
The premises is one of the highest tech smart properties I have stayed in.
If you don't stay here, you are missing out on a lovely experience.

The most incredible accommodation I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment they met us at the airport, the staff were so kind. The location is perfect for entry to South Gate of Zhangjiajie park, the rooms were beautiful and extremely clean, and the staff were so, so lovely. Each morning the staff left us snacks in our room, gave us breakfast which was delicious, and offered to drop us off at various locations. We ate dinner and lunch there multiple times because the food was so good. We had a couple fussy eaters too.. but they were able to cater to them. They also offered to help with washing and give advice on what to do in the park. They even helped us work out how to store luggage when our flight got pushed back. I can’t rave about this place enough, and only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for making our stay in zhangjiajie so great.

Fu Xi 21 is a great choice for all travellers. The locations is excellent, very close to the south and middle gates. The accomodation is beautiful and really lively decorated and the owner and the team are super friendly and helpful. We are a couple of times at the hotel in the evening and dinner was delicious, especially the noodles.

This was exactly what we thought it would be. The rooms are very comfortable. We liked the simple design. It is a small hotel with only a few rooms. It is very close to the South Entrance of the park. The location is really quiet and away from the busier larger hotel. The hosts are very friendly, flexible and helpful. They offer great chinese food and they can arrange transfer to and from the park.

Wow what an amazing place the attention to detail was outstanding everyone tried to help us in every way they could & Wanan helped us so much with our tourist journeys & getting food which was so good we could not be happier thank you all for a wonderful stay also the pool was so beautiful & warm too even though the water was fresh off the mountain they also bought fruit tea & biscuits to us all the time so nice we will come back shy😊

A great little family run hotel. Good breakfast. Quiet at night. Boss gathered us from high speed railway station and back 4 days later. Daily transport service to zhangjiajie entrance. Good job.

We stayed in this beautiful and quiet hotel for 5 nights. It left us with wonderful memories. Zhangjiajie is beautiful in the mountains and the people are beautiful in the heart. It made us feel at home here. The owner of the B&B is warm and hospitable, and the taste of the food can be customized according to the guests' preferences. Thank you. If there is a chance next time, we will come back to stay again.
